Absolutely appreciate the real world sailing experience content. The ‘how we do it’ anchoring is so useful for us only occasional bare boaters. Thank you.
Nice job showing everybody exactly how u start sailing, not sure if ive seen it as thorough as you guys showed. Impressive job of giving us non sailors the info
You guys are perfect together on a perfectly outfitted boat. To me it could not be any better except for new sails. That just goes with constant maintanence on a boat or a home, either one requires attention. God bless you guys!!! Always be kind to eachother and in the end you wiol be so glad you did.
Very impressive your working well as a team and learning sailing hopefully thinking of far off lands not Bahamas as everyone else has done a thousand times good luck love your channel
I appreciate the very hard work it takes to get a handle on a modern day catamaran or yacht but also it's about the maintenance that's required and the actual real time cruising and passage making that I enjoy to watch. I love to watch the Sampson boat company and the boat on a river video's who are and have rebuilt beautiful boat's but it's all about getting out there into the absolute solitude for up to week's with just you or you and your partner that's the most enjoyable to watch. Watch sailing with Florence to get the drift
OMG Guys, Your own personal airshow. How amazing all the pilot did right in your front yard so to speak. I have been sailing several times before around the Florida Keys and seen mock dog fights . And one time was lucky enough to be delivering a boat from St. Pete to St. Thomas and was cutting through keys and they were filming True Lies with Arnold S. We anchored for the morning as they were filming this early morning before winds and weather came in. Actually saw the truck explode off the bridge. Sorry about the sails, but as you said they served a long time. Good thing you experienced this close to the coast and not on a long passage. So happy you are working through all the bugs. I have received all my past charts in the mail here in Switzerland from home in America. I will start soon putting together great places to see, and anchor, some great wrecks to see that are not so deep. And marinas to use and not use. Take care and always enjoy what you are doing. And never second guess the weather, when in doubt, sit down and have a beer. LOL
A strong, well-made magnetic knife rack would be good if you want to keep the knives out. They can be mounted on a wall, too. Highly recommend... I love mine
Another amazing video guys was brilliant, I just wanted to add, I am not a sailor and have never sailed but do watch a few sailing UA-cam channels , but tonight's little learning segment about getting underway was wonderful to watch, not sure I have ever seen it from another channel before ( there are probably some about) but simple effect for non sailing types, I look forward to learning more from you guys, also you got my VOTE xxx
We live just west of MCAS Miramar, right online with the runway. During the fall air show, we sit on the roof and the Blue Angels go about a bazillion miles an hour right over our heads. Seems like sometimes you could reach out and touch them… though of course they’re not quite that low.
It is good to use both Navionics and the B&G. Some B&G chart plotters have the ability to put Navionics on them. Also, you could probably get the clew fixed on your main unless the main doesn't hold shape anymore.
What is the name of the tablets you talked about in your newest video please? Trying to find a waterproof one is difficult, so if they are working for you, I would like to try one out.
Are you going to get a sail loft sponsorship? I still can't believe that you almost walked away from this boat after knowing that the price was way reduced from what it should have been just from a little dust from not being used is basically the way you explained it. It would be nice to find out why exactly.
We would love to get a sail sponsor but we aren't counting on it. We almost walked because it was a lot more than just dust, items that were fixable but just not in the budget with the price of the boat.

We’re transplanted Arizonians 😁 I love that your boat is registered in a landlocked state 💙 safe travels
We are too! Californians, but AZ feels more like home. I think we can sail up the Colorado River! ;-)
As a pilot, I’m not sure it gets better than a channel that has sailing and an air show! 😎🤘😎🤘😎🤘👏👏
Haha glad you enjoyed it. WHAT A SHOW!

So glad you found it interesting!
There is something so serene and peaceful on the water.
Completely agree!
As a non sailor it was just so interesting to see what’s involved in you heading out to sail! And that air show - it must have been amazing!
Like I was part of the crew. Great video guys!
Love it!

Thank you! We are pretty excited for some new sails!
F 22 demo. Pilot practice his air show routine. Awesome air show.
For the NAS Oceana airshow.
Incredible air show! And such a nice relaxing sail. It was interesting to see the amount of work that goes into setting sail 👍
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
Who knew that a great sailing episode would feature a private fighter jet air show by Maverick for the crew of Goose? Together again! LOL
Haha so true! What a tangled web!
Great episode guys. 👏. Love the positive happy vibe of the channel. VOTED!!!
Thanks!

Wow so cool! Thank you, very good advice. Cheers!
What a lovely sail, and I moved my vote to the Inspirational category 🙂
So glad you enjoyed! Thanks for the vote!
Great episode! Y’all have a great sail and be safe! ✌🏼🫶🏻🤙🏼
Thank you!

Yes, that's what I would like to get, seems like the best option...until then they will live safely in the sink during passage haha
Get one of the wooden magnetic knife holders with acrylic covers then your knives cannot escape
Peaceful
Also, Yorktown is where I grew up. Enjoy it
Very cool, so much history!
So far, what do you think of your sailing life compared to you land life?
We are absolutely loving it. We live in a mansion now!
Voted :)
Thanks Kev!
Very cool, I hope you sail a lot.
I hope so too!

You are looking so settled into it, great to see.
Thanks! We are getting the hang of it. Although we could spend our entire lifetime learning about sailing (that's what makes it interesting).
Great video guys!

Looking for the link to the tablet

What year was your boat manufactured?
2017
It blows me away how they can charge $150 for a tablet and a cell phone is ten times as much.
It doesn't make a whole lot of sense...
