You don't put anything raw next to something cooked. Cooking kills germs by heat by putting it next to raw meat the germs on the raw meat can get on the cooked one. It's called cross contamination and it's basic hygiene.

When I heard that staff members paychecks were bouncing I thought of my lol one month of employment at a Goodfellas restaurant in Burlington, New Jersey. Several of us were hired for various positions that same day. We were interviewed as a group and orientation immediately afterwards. Well 30 days later we go into work like usual but we were informed it was everyone’s last shift. We asked about our last paycheck and were supposed to meet the manager at our job location. Instead we are greeted with a sign a note with a phone number to call. It was a new restaurant a new Goodfellas about to open in Heightstown. A coworker and I drove to the other restaurant and as we were given our paycheck we asked where the nearest Commerce bank was. We rushed there and cashed our checks and drove home. The rest of the staff when they got their checks, every check had bounced. We discovered the trio of owners opened a restaurant in Vorhees and failed in a month then opened the one I worked at and it lasted 6 months. I don’t know how long the company stayed afloat afterwards

When I heard that staff members paychecks were bouncing I thought of my lol one month of employment at a Goodfellas restaurant in Burlington, New Jersey. Several of us were hired for various positions that same day. We were interviewed as a group and orientation immediately afterwards. Well 30 days later we go into work like usual but we were informed it was everyone’s last shift. We asked about our last paycheck and were supposed to meet the manager at our job location. Instead we are greeted with a sign a note with a phone number to call. It was a new restaurant a new Goodfellas about to open in Heightstown. A coworker and I drove to the other restaurant and as we were given our paycheck we asked where the nearest Commerce bank was. We rushed there and cashed our checks and drove home. The rest of the staff when they got their checks, every check had bounced. We discovered the trio of owners opened a restaurant in Vorhees and failed in a month then opened the one I worked at and it lasted 6 months. I don’t know how long the company stayed afloat afterwards

The chef at Jack's was one of the most honest and humble out of these episodes. He wanted change to happen and respected the criticism.
Honestly Scott always reminds me of a massive teddybear. Sure he might seem intimidating but at the same time he looks like he wouldn't hurt a damn fly

It would’ve been awesome in the “Hannah and Maso’s” episode if - during the “it’s time to face your fears” section of the show - Gordon had a wrestling ring set up in the parking lot and had Brian and Chris go at it, complete with wrestling tights and boots.
