HOW TO MAKE A SIMPLE CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH

  • This chicken Salad sandwich recipe is a perfect meal/snack to take after your workout as it contains "Chicken Breast which is high on lean Protein. The body requires this for Muscle growth (otherwise known as gains) as you rest. It also contains vegetable (celery) and Avocado which is a healthy Fat needed for healing of muscles and joints. So why not try it out?
    INGREDIENTS;
    . Chicken Breast(Boneless).
    . Celery.
    . Avocado (mashed).
    . Green Onions.
    . Lemon Juice ( extract from lemon).
    . Pepper (optional).
    . Salt to taste.
    METHOD;
    1. Cut the Chicken breast into small cubes.
    2. Cut the Onions, Celery and mash the Avocado.
    3. Fry the chicken cubes in a pan and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
    4. Add all the Ingredients into a Bowl, Mix well, and wait for 30 minutes for the salt to dissolve.
    5. Enjoy your meal!
