Got Pyro early on which gives 99 bombs
Got Lucky Rock after that - All rocks now drop coins when blown up
Got Magic Fingers - Damage all enemies in the room for 1 coin with no cooldown
Finally I had Polyphemus, which increases damage by 4 and multiplies it by 2, Magic Fingers scales with this damage.
The result is what you see above.

The Devil Room had a trapdoor leading to Sheol ( One of the final levels of the game) and he was overpowered so he could've easily killed Satan, but he left and the Devil Room went away.

NikoQ2 It's most people's instinct to clear the rest of the floor then leave, so they leave the boss room. It's muscle memory.

Why was it doing so much damage? It never killed enemies in one hit for me. Except maybe regular flies.

It scales with your damage, which Polyphemus gave me a lot of.
