The Fast Mode option will be available to you if you have selected a compatible material. You toggle the switch to 'On' to activate Fast Mode when at the "GO" screen. (It looks like the 'mirror ' switch button)
Good morning Katrina, Blessings to you and your family. You can speed up the cutting on the circut, just put it on fast mode just before you press the c on the machine.
Great design. I was ready to go and try this version of waterside when I saw how beautifully everything printed. Thank you for doing this test. I'll pass for now and stick with the original.
Great demo! I’ve never tried water slide paper but at least if I do, I know what not to use. Thanks Katrina. And a big thanks to Kayden for the background music❣️
I think if someone uses waterslide under resin this might be pretty great to use which is all I do so I'll have to see if they have a clear version and give it a try. I also just let mine air dry once on my tumblers so maybe that would make a difference. I know that some waterslide papers can get really brittle and crack if you dry them too fast so I wonder how it would have done if you let it air dry completely first then baked it. I actually use Sunnyscopa brand and love it. I only have to spray one time and you don't have to soak it...I dip it into warm water to make sure the whole thing is saturated and then sit it on a slightly damp paper towel for a few minutes and it slides right off. Thank you for reviewing this one! I've seen it and thought 'no spray, yeah right...pffst" lol.
Good morning. On Cricut Design Space you can choose the option to fast cut. You have to change the setting before you cut. It's under the image to load and cut.
I'm glad I caught your video here, was debating on which waterslides to purchase. Thank you so much for your time! I think it's a no go on the no spray - at least this brand - for now.
Thanks for reviewing the no spray water slide w/ us. However I ,personally, would spray because it appearsto be fragile. My customers would NEED to wash their product. Thanks a million for the transparency. This alone brings MUCH Love😎
I didn’t read through all the Comments but check your fast mode settings. See if you can change that to cut faster. Let us know if you try it. Love you videos and you are such an inspiration.
Mark fit for water slides in hobby shops will help the slides from lifting. They are brittle but so is regular slides what makes them better is the clear coat sealer toughens the slides but it defeats the purpose is you have to clear the new stuff to get them durable
Love the decals! Nice job on the tumbler and the mug. Thanks for sharing. The lifting of the sun flowers and butterflies wow, nice design though. But I prefer the glossy if they have it.
Because I hate to have to sit there and spray waterslides two and three times I’ve resorted into buying printable vinyl. This will take me back to waterslides because I actually like them better.
Waterslides have there own purposes where you wouldn't want to use vinyl because of the mil thickness. I don't personally love this brand in the video but waterslides in general will always be a part of my art technique
I used this waterslide for actual photos but I just wish there was more than 5 sheets in the pack. I get the saving of time and spray paint but I'd buy it more if they priced it better!
Great video colors beautiful but issues with material a shame great design.forget about waterside when have all these new materials coming out.have get back to that thanks
This was a great video. May next time cut with the scissors ✂️. Maybe that's why the instructions said scissors because of that reason. I don't know just a suggestion. But I'm going to try this out.
Is white waterslide harder to work with than clear? I am using white trying to do a full wrap on a tumbler and about ready to rip my hair out. Wondering if the clear would be any easier for me.
I wonder if the heat made a difference. Did you ever test this out again doing just air drying? If this works properly this is a game changer !!!! Lol.
Do you have suggestions on how to tell if a waterslide decal maybe to transparent for a glittered tumbler? I ran into this when I had already glittered the tumbler and use brite tone.. went to put the waterslide decal on from a clear sheet and the image was way too transparent on the glitter color. 🥴🥴😩
The clear transparent waterslide I only use on a white surface. If I want full color image I always use the white waterslide so it can show up on my tumblers or mugs no matter what the color or type.
Thanks. I don’t think I will be using these. I’ll try the other one you use. I have a question about the Rustoleum sealer. Not sure how it’s spelled lol. I used the same exact one you use on a tumbler for a customer and she said the sealer is starting to peel. She washes it gently. Do you know why that could be?
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 I used a stainless steel tumbler. I added permanent vinyl. It’s just the persons name and the sirens characters on it. I then sprayed it with the sealer. The vinyl is not peeling it’s just the sealer.
hi. you know, the people are just have a dream of effect such you have demonstrated, i mean there is a white colour under the wings of butterfly Buuuuuuuut, WHAT is that, is it paper or ink or something like glue? what is it? i'm in shocked. thank you for video. i'll be very very glad if you w'll reapply.thk.u thk.u, thk.u.
Waterslides always need to be sealed either under Clear coat or epoxy when placed on any object that will see any type of use. It locks them in permanently and the designs will last forever. They are great if done correctly. Also use mr mark setter and softer products to get professional results every time. Pro tip for free. Your welcome. Great video anyways. I'll also add I've been using waterslides for many years and I tried this product about a year ago and will not buy it again either. Stick to sealing your inkjet slides
Looks horrible, thanks for showing me this! It feels more like a sticker that has gone bad in water. The waterslides should be really thin. I can see a white edge on these.

Thank you so much I’m going to look for that today.
I love that mode because I'm impatient.

Lol. Thanks for watching.
I did my first waterslide on a Dollar Tree mug. I used a paper that required acrylic spray, A really good outcome. Tomorrow I will bake it

That's exactly what I was thinking....maybe the heat made a difference. I use mine under resin too and typically let them air dry.
The colors are fabulous. Maybe it will look good if done on a tumbler under epoxy.

Thank you for testing this new product. You saved us a lot of money... I love the decals...
Yes I can see the petals lifting. Thanks for walking us through this
Another great and informative video. After seeing it I think I will stick with my current waterslide paper. I didn't like how the edges curled

Can you do waterslide on a Strata acrylic tumbler?
I would suggest using Microset for good adhesion, followed up Microsol, Microflat or Microgloss. They are wonderful.
This video is so old
Wow this is great information and really helpfull I had never seen this before this is powerful THANK YOU.
Love the decals! Nice job on the tumbler and the mug. Thanks for sharing. The lifting of the sun flowers and butterflies wow, nice design though. But I prefer the glossy if they have it.
the glossy finish is better

Thank you so much. I never seen it.
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 you are so welcome ❤️
there is a fast option but you do not want use if you are doing an intricit design
Never done a waterside. But I will order the paper today. Looks a cool way to design on additional surfaces.

Hello ma'am, I'd rather use the other waterslide by sunnyscopa inkjet waterslide decal paper.
Yes, I remember those slides you talked about. Hmmmm. 🤔
Thank you for sharing those prints came out very vibrant
You’re welcome 😊
What printer and setting did you use?
Thanks for this review! I make waterslide nail decals and this would totally work for me as I encapsulate my designs.
I think it was lifting up because of the heat gun even with it on light.
Didnt have that issue with the blow dryer.
Great job......colors looks great
Hi I want to learn how to do the water slide methods but what does mirror mean thanks
Great video colors beautiful but issues with material a shame great design.forget about waterside when have all these new materials coming out.have get back to that thanks
Thank you for sharing this - I just recently saw this on Amazon and was curious how it worked. I will avoid this one!
Yeah I prefer the regular water slides
Keep your 'Cricut" mat clean from any leftover work done before (each time) . That may help with the decals not sticking to the board. :)
It really was nice music in the background

Thanks for your Niiice!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Tutorial and does this company sell the Clear glossy waterslide?
Yes it does!
Is white waterslide harder to work with than clear? I am using white trying to do a full wrap on a tumbler and about ready to rip my hair out. Wondering if the clear would be any easier for me.
They are the same in my opinion. No different. White is perfect if you don’t have a white background already.
No for me as well. Thank you for sharing this informative video. I won't be trying that paper.
Lol 😆

Thanks! can these tumblers be handwashed regularly?
Yes
Katrina I hope all is well. What is the best ecotank printer to use for sublimation?
I have 2 eco tank unboxing. please check those out to compare which one is best for you. 2720 and 2800
Hi sis. Thanks for saving us good money.
I feel bad it didn't work out. Maybe someone else will have better luck with it.
Have you tried one spraying it?

Nice as always
Can you build these up?
I’m happy because I bought some
Whoohoo

Can you use on pens 😊
Probably not
fast mode to speed up the cutting
I think this is a no go Katrina.

A sealer is a clear paint. Did you use vinyl underneath or permanent vinyl? I wouldn’t know because I don’t know what you did. Mines has never peeled
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 I used a stainless steel tumbler. I added permanent vinyl. It’s just the persons name and the sirens characters on it. I then sprayed it with the sealer. The vinyl is not peeling it’s just the sealer.
@@Michybon the clear coat is not compatible with vinyl is why it's pealing
@@HVACRTECH-83 it’s not peeling where the vinyl is. I kept in contact with her and it just happened in a small spot and hasn’t gotten worse.

I am using a regular inkjet printer to print waterslide
