    Bodybuilders are getting very precise in all their diet, workouts, everything, sleeping times, is a lot a work involved, you have to be extremely passionate about this to be great, like this guy. Nothing but respect!

    I like when he says something to the effect of "i eat stek because it promotes testosterone production" He's not making any natural test. His test comes from the pharmacy not the farm. :D

    • @TheFlash3237
      @TheFlash3237 2 роки тому +1

      I know this is kinda late, but even though he's on PEDS, he still needs to stimulate his natural testosterone, otherwise the minute he stops cycling he won't produce testosterone anymore.

    • @joedell71
      @joedell71 2 роки тому +3

      @@TheFlash3237 Wait. You do know that athletes of Phils caliber never stop taking steroids right? They just don’t use contest levels of them. All pro body builders who have used steroids for extended periods of time are all on HRT after they stop competing. After that long on those compounds the body doesn’t start making natural test again ever. Especially at advanced age. So they do Hormone Replacement Therapy and low levels of growth hormone. Usually in the form of just plain testosterone In order to have kids or not suffer any of the deleterious effects of lack of or low testosterone levels. So no Phil isn’t Promoting natural test production by eating steak.😄 All bodybuilders say stuff like that. Its like the Kayfabe in Pro Wrestling. Everyone is in on the joke but nobody talks about it or admits it.😊

    • @TheFlash3237
      @TheFlash3237 2 роки тому

      @@joedell71 Steak does indeed stimulate natural testosterone a lil bit, but just a little. And some bb actually do stop using PEDS when they retire. Most of them don't, but you can produce test naturally no matter how many years you used gear. With the right doctor's and right treatment you can. You are actually right and I agree with most of what you said though.

My point is things change a new studies came out . Also I would be less concerned about the natural food you would eat and be concerned about the shit people eat rather then red meat and also you cant use a post war stuide i am assuming ww2 it's out dated and the number of facter that would of impact test results the lack of understanding of how things work and uncontrolable test conditions

    I know it seems difficult or impossible, but if you want to accomplish something you can't make excuses saying that you CAN'T. It is much better to say " I choose no to" because then it makes it possible to choose different, if that makes sense. At the end of the day, you're the one who's responsible for you actions. The only one who's gonna make you get muscular is yourself.

    Thanks for the tips, Phil. Don't forget your vitamin D, though. Talapia doesn't have it like salmon. You need 4 oz. of salmon per day or 11 oz of sardines to get your RDA of vit.. D, which helps mood, immunity, etc. Very key. I eat a can of salmon per day instead of a vitamin pill. Feel better since. Also like to mix egg albumen with oats and rice. Jay Robb unflavored is the best out there, I think.

When they're getting ready for a competition, they look jacked because there leaned right out. No sodium in their system, no water, always lifting to keep those muscles thick and full.

You'll soon learn that yams have a bark-like exterior and can get to be pretty huge. Sweet potatoes can come in a variety of colors and also be of a firm or soft variety. The confusion has been going on for a long time. It's not your fault. I had to learn it at one point too.
