What an incredible learning opportunity! Those who appreciate the heavier types of music will definitely appreciate this. Sweden / The Gothenburg sound remains one of the most innovative for modern modetal imo. Do you still wish to record, mix, master heavier types of metal music?
@@AnthonyStudio yeah it was pretty crazy that the studio was just around the corner. A year later or so I would probably have bought the studio when they moved to a new location. Kind of regretted I didn't. Sure I wouldn't mind mixing more heavy music but if I have the opportunity I would like to do all sorts of different genres 🙂
Great story. I wonder if it is Sweden or the metal scene that people are so friendly. Here in the pop studios you have no such chance. If you go there just to learn and not pay they will let the dogs on you
@@peterpeper4837 well its a pretty closed world here in Sweden to, but everyone I meet has been friendly. Working as a producer is more about handling people then recording so it's quite understandable that people that are able to make a living out of this is nice.
Thank you for sharing!
