very informative, i do an open squad run with randoms on map so we dont have voice chat available, and i never thought of using squad markers, but will do so now.
Great video as always! Stepping away a bit from the subject of Commanding, - I think a video for total WvW newbies would be great. Something to help clue new people in, explaining things commanders say / slang / terms they use. There's a lot of people new to GW2, new to coordinated "mass pvp" and people for whom English isn't even a first language. I've seen many times people ask what the heck Commander meant when they said "X" - but this was asked in guild discord or guild chat after the fight as most people feel awkward to interrupt, don't have time to type or just don't want to sound like a clueless idiot. Hearing things like Peel or Paper give new people a total DAFAQ o.O moment. Also a separate video covering skills that get called out a lot would be cool. It all makes sense if you've tried all the classes and read your tooltips but again for total noobs who don't multi-class - "Wells" - Who? What? "Big Stab" - Huh??? Water under our feet? - Wha? Was I supposed to do any of that? So something that would cover these things - explaining what each call means, which professions and builds are expected to respond and with which skill I think would be really helpful to new peeps - cos Ey! The more new people join, enjoy and stay in WvW the more this game-mode comes alive for all of us ;) Cheers!
I've got a couple things on the way that will cover that -- keep an eye out. There's an active thread in the Discord right now where we're trying to figure out what hasn't been covered by other people in a potential "Intro to World vs. World" video, but I'm still in the brainstorming phase on it.
Thank you my friend linkoto really needed this
make sure to point him to the parts about communicating in teamchat

They're super useful. At some point I'll get a mouse that has a few more buttons, so that I can drop them even quicker. :)
Nice video as always sheff
