I read that curry is 3810 Scoville units and jjajang comes in at 1920. For sake of reference, the original one is 4404 SHU. Anyway, great work - never stop doing what you're doing! Big love x

late 90's early 200's kids we always take regular ramen crush it up and add the seasoning packet lol I came across an account where a Korean grandma takes the bulduk noodles and fancies them up. Corn buldulk, sautee onions and sliced pork, cook noodles 4 mins add sauce top with green onions and sliced cucumber. Kimichi also so so good! I cant find the corn bulduk in Goa so I use the regular chicken bulduk and add corn so so good
I just discovered this channel. And I love it! Especially these Buldak ramen videos. In the last one I saw you said you should make a video of you showing us how you enhance a bowl of ramen and I COMPLETELY agree! I’d love to see what you add to your ramen vs what I add to my ramen ❤

If you haven't tried the Buldak tomato pasta flavor, I highly recommend it - that's one of my favorites. The black bean ones are also a favorite. I will say those don't seem anywhere near as spicy as the other flavors I've had

We definitely ate maruchan noodles dry with the seasoning packets lol. It'll cut your mouth up if you aren't careful but it was super tasty and has SUCH a satisfying crunch.

any vacuumed sealed noodles or rice cake , i soak it in hot water for a couple of minutes , then rinse a couple of times using hot tap water , then follow the instructions but use a third less microwave time . If not the spice aka spice pack , then all that sodium aka MSG headache will get ya . ( lol )

I’ve always wondered what The point of spicy is because it’s not good to be in discomfort so the only thing I could think of is that some people think spicy is fun? also I wish they make Ramen noodles with these flavors but like not in a spicy flavor so we can just eat in peace
And it’s been around a long time i know that there are many brands so they’re probably some thing that I’m looking for available at Hmart I just meant kind of more readily available at the grocery stores but I get it
TJ, you forgot to mention Taiwan's famous "Prince Noodle" (王子麵) by Ve Wong (味王), the original instant noodle eaten as crispy snack by kids (including me in 1970s~1980s). "Science Noodle" (科學麵) by Uni-President (統一) was the copycat but later on took the No. 1 spot only because Uni-President is the franchise owner of all 7-Eleven stores in Taiwan. BTW, keep up the good works.

I like the texture of their noodles. But the sauce is too spicy. The carbonara and jajang are probably the best ones. Curry is good too. I prefer Shin Ramen and Neoguri.
