Uhm i made the same mistake but ,you have to make the ramen first with water and drain the broth ,then put the sauce and seasoning in. So no broth needed. If you do it this way you get more of the flavour.
i'm using a small pot where the noodles barely fit, might cover with a lid for a little bit to get the noodles to soften up quicker think it can make them over cook a little though, and then try to stir so they all get properly soaked in water. and then add the sauce just before the water is gone, i don't want them too dry. small amounts of water could evaporate pretty quickly at high heat and noodles might stick if it gets to dry, and sometimes they end up a little chewy and under cooked. goes pretty fast once the water starts boiling. the heat or spicyness of the normal package seem to vary a little bit to me, i don't know if it's something about cooking process
I never heard of this brand, it actually looks really nice but yeah 😂 clearly super spicy 🔥 I'm not good with super hot. The second one sounded alright and the curry too. I never realised that you could get carbonara ramen 😂
