Not bad for someone who's naturally shy! Thanks very much for all the info, Bravo!... (about to buy 3 x Lumix S5ii)
Lumix all the way for me. I love the anamorphic support, shutter angle, full video features and stabilization at an affordable price. I prefer MFT to L-Mount. G9, GH5 M2, and GH6 give me exactly what I need. Affordably.
@@FulaanCreative The Lumix feature set plus stabilization is, as you say, crazy good. I was a Canon guy, who started getting Sony mirrorless as Canon dragged its feet with mirrorless. As a result I have a couple of A7S ii, and A7R ii, ZV-E10, and ZV-1. Then a bit over 2 years ago I switched Canon to Lumix with the G9, and now have the GH5 M2 as well. As I built my MFT lens collection, I find I chose MFT over Sony 90% of the time. The stabilization is a large driver of that, but video features match my needs. Sony has better AF, but focus on Lumix is never an issue for me as I am old school and habitually jump between AF and MF on all cameras, including Sony and Canon. The size and weight of MFT lenses means a great deal to0 me when doing international projects. Just came back from India and I can take ultra-wide to super-tele in carry-on luggage. The C70 is AMAZING! I bought it recently brand new and I haven’t looked back. It’s also great with the EF adapter with adjustable ring, which I use to adjust ISO.
First time viewer here, I really enjoyed this video! Awesome work, Fulaan Creative! 😁 I’m debating on whether I should get the Canon R6 Mark II or Sony A7sIII. I need a camera great for both photos and videos (especially in low light), and stabilization while filming. I’m not sure what to go for, but this video gave me a bigger piece of mind! Thank you for going over each camera in detail! 🙌🏼
Thanks I appreciate that. Well whichever you go with you really can't go wrong. They are all great. i just recently got the S5II and love it and it's the cheapest one on that list.
Lumix guy here! GREAT VIDEO. I personally prefer Panasonic colors over Sony but that’s personal preference of course! I feel like for the price point you definitely get the most out of Lumix cameras!!
Thanks! I really love the images out of Panasonic cameras, and I personally would probably choose the Lumix S5IIX over most options here for a few reasons - affordability, hybrid features (great stills), IBIS, SSD recording, size, L-Mount glass and V-Log. RAW video isn't essential to my workflow, and I can work with ND filters in front of my camera. I adore the FX6 internal/electronic ND feature, but the 5000-6000 USD range for camera body only is still kinda unaffordable for me 😅

I got the Canon R7 last year and love it. That 4K fine looks really great for videos. Plus the 32.5Mp gives me really nice images I can blow up big on my monitor and see background details I couldn't see before.
@JoeyRKDP I've mostly been using the 18-150 kit lens. But I also have the adapter for all my EF lenses. I really love this camera. You may want to buy a better lens for the kind of video you want to do. The 4k fine setting is really sharp and clear. I can see the diffeence between the R7 and my 90D despite them being simular
@JoeyRKDP OK when shooting overhead do plan to do any close up video within a few inches of what you're showing? If so a macro lens might help with your close ups. But the 18-150 should do a decent job. I started doing videos at my church over the Christmas season and an event before that. I used my 90D for wide video. But used my R7 for the zoomed in handheld video. The 18-150 was just enough zoom for indoors. The videos are on my channel.
Panasonic has really underrated colours. Our production company recently upgraded to FX6s, but I was surprised and kind of disappointed that I still preferred the image that my S5 spits out

The C70 is on my radar for a step up choice. Between Sony and Canon, Canon has the better skin tones straight out of camera. Even though I love shooting with my Sony FX30, I always have to keep my eye on the skin tones which tend to lean towards red or yellow depending on the picture profile. I think my list for video would be: 5. GH6; cheap powerhouse 4. FX3(0); amazing value 3. C70; but $$$ glass 2. S5IIX; insane cine features 1. FX6; internal ND, yes pls
Nice list. Although I like the GH6 I tried to make a list where all the cameras had Better than average AF. If AF wasn't a consideration many of the older Lumix and the Pocket cameras would have been on there.
Really love your video editing style. So much more entertaining watching your video than so many other videos on the same topic. And why can't a video be educational AND entertaining?
...man, I jus' rolled up on you... subscribed IMMEDIATELY. FRESH "and" refreshing. Totally enjoyed your presentation. Vibe. Will be up on you regular. Thank you... (and, I am a C-70 "appreciator...love it...")
Excellent review, I really enjoyed it. Not sure I need to spend that much for only doing in studio shooting every now and again when most of my shots are made with either the GoPro or the phone. I have the Sony a 6000 which is awesome but unfortunately is only 1080 and a lot of the Sony have overheat issues.
Very True but most people looking at a video like this are prob looking for more advanced AF then what the RED offers. In terms of Image quality though you are absolutely right. &tThat Global shutter though, makes a huge difference.

Is there a site or link you can tell me where I can get complete info on Canon cameras and lens it seems like everyone is missing important info out there.
How can I get this I am in Nigeria
Great Video,I’m all the way in the Sony camp with its lenses .Love my FX6

@@FulaanCreative you’re welcome 👍🏻
Just found your channel a couple of weeks ago, and I love it ! Your explanations are so clear, and your advice is very practical. I'm a content creator and not a pro photographer, so I like it that you explain everything really clearly. Keep doin' it brother ! You helped me make the decision between the R8 and the R6ii. R6ii all the way !
Thanks man I appreciate the kind comment!
I only watched this video and already love you man!

You did a great job w this! Speaking skills were great
Thanks! I appreciate that.
Man, your videos is so fun to watch and learn from you 😅
Glad you like them!
I think my list for video would be:
5. GH6; cheap powerhouse
4. FX3(0); amazing value
3. C70; but $$$ glass
2. S5IIX; insane cine features
1. FX6; internal ND, yes pls
Nice list. Although I like the GH6 I tried to make a list where all the cameras had Better than average AF. If AF wasn't a consideration many of the older Lumix and the Pocket cameras would have been on there.
Wonderfully entertaining!!
Thanks!
Thanks for the video mang, much more than a bus boy haha. At least a chef if not head chef or front end manager. Your videos are enjoyable to watch
Haha! Thanks man. I'm glad the vids are helpful.

Hey man great video!! I was wondering what camera you recommend for both photography and videography with a budget of 2k
Hello. Thanks! I would say the S5II is the best video currently available that can do pro video and photo in the $2k price range.
@@FulaanCreativeThanks for replying! Would you recommend the s5ii over the a7iv?

Awesome video. Great work!
Thank you very much!
So creative video itself !
Thanks!
Thanks. I appreciate it. This video on budget cameras may be more helpful ua-cam.com/video/Y0yqjrcAswU/v-deo.html
Thank you for the recommendation ❤
You are very welcome.
Outstanding tutorial 😊😊 and thanks for sharing.
My pleasure. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Red beats em all… ❤
Great vid.
Very True but most people looking at a video like this are prob looking for more advanced AF then what the RED offers. In terms of Image quality though you are absolutely right. &tThat Global shutter though, makes a huge difference.
Great video! Loved the review.
Thanks!
Great video. I'm definitely looking at that R6 Mii. Love the color grade of this video. good job
