@@GnocciSunflower sorry I’m pretty new to 80s, what engages the starter if you bypass the solenoid. My problem is sometimes in the morning it will just click click click then start.
@@JoshLC80 mine was usually doing it when it was hot. I'd go out and it would click click click click click click click and then eventually catch and start. Once I put the starter relay on it starts every single time since. The relay takes the signal when you turn the key to the start position which then opens the power circuit from the battery to the starter. Definitely a workaround. But it's worked ever since

@@JoshLC80 I used a hotshot power relay to bypass the starting solenoid.. has never do e it since. Can take a pic or video if you want
