I like the interior, it seems practical and not unnecessarily complicated. I love the "social" layout of the back seats, I wonder if it could be fit into something that has the footprint of the Berlingo (sacrificing all boot space in the back), it would be an amazing city shuttle, and also fun for when you go on shorter field trips with friends.
Can't wait to see the 1000 km test. I have the same PSA group Van - Opel Zafira -e Live 75Kw M size. And I'm considering making a road trip from Portugal to Italy. So I Would really like to see the 1000 km test. Cheers Bjorn
@@marstav4640 longer version can be more interesting. But for camper I think driver assist options are highly recommend. But this Citroën has nothing. Maybe Mercedes EQV Marko Polo?
Hopefully Citroën will turn the excellent C4 Grand Picasso/C4 Spacetourer electric. I have never been more satisfied with a car as I am of this model. Come on, Citroën!
9:01 I think the buttons are "Massage Seat" , "Massage Intensity" , "Lumbar Support" , then "Heat" . The middle button probably wont work unless the first one is pressed.
I'm bit puzzled why the 3rd row can't have 3 individual seats. The double one is very heavy . The Mercedes Vito Tourer has the same issue. I prefer 3 individual seals - easer to handle.
Thanks, Bjørn. more van vids, more van vids, more van vids. Please add the camper's perspective in the videos. What's your opinion on Elon's comment on the Q4 meeting regarding the Tesla van? Will it happen in near future? Ref: ua-cam.com/video/rUFCP5iE80I/v-deo.html
Seen some recent Citroen ev mpv van reviews like this for uk, they all poverty spec (no electric doors or any nice features) and 50 odd kWh. Refreshing to see what the premium version is like
Shame it's not an EV 'chassis' I suspect that's why there is just one battery option (UK) and it's a small one for a vehicle of this size. I look forward to more Bjorn tests on this.
Frankly a van doesn't need an EV chassis. There's always plenty of space below the floor for batteries. EDIT: Well of course if you need super long range. Interesting to see who is the first one to make such a van, and whether there's a market for it. It'll be quite expensive while people are used to vans being cheap.
HVAC power meter is completely useless. The HVAC power gauge only has 4 different levels it shows. It DOES NOT show how much HVAC uses energy. No power to HVAC , needle reads 0 AC compressor ON, needle reads ~40% [cooling] Heating on without AC, needle reads ~72%[heating] Heating on with AC, needle reads ~78%[heating+dehumidify] Actual power used can be: 0.8kw from battery but needle reads ~78% (ex if its a few degrees colder outside than HVAC setting) 3kw from battery but needle reads ~40% (ex. in summer when cabin is 50C and full AC is needed to cool cabin) Never shows 100% or anything between those four states. I have the Toyota Proace version on this van and have already driven it 20k km. I have a Power Cruise Control adapter and app to check CAN-bus stats, which shows Cell voltage, Energy remaining and power used from battery in KW. Also, cable disconnect algorithm is stupid. If I start fast charging and lock the doors by touching door handle and reopen them within 30s (forget something inside) then car stops charging.
I haven't found Citroen seats narrow, but then my C4 Grand Picasso is 6 years old, so maybe it's a new thing? It can comfortably sit three adults in the second row. All seats slide and recline individually too.
That gas lid on an electric car is typical Citroen. Like the hood latch in the old C4 which stays at the left side despite the car being right hand drive in some regions of the world. One must wonder about the quality of their cars when they don’t quite seem to give give a damn 😂
That seat configuration looks impressive until you realise two adults could not possibly sit facing each other. Not without cramping their legs in which starts to feel uncomfortable after 10 minutes or so. Better for kids, I guess, but then you have kids kicking each other and the seats etc.
I noticed some norwegians here in vacation, why they have a green license plate? Not for EV because they were driving ICE cars and other than that here in this video this EV has white license plates, so anyone knows why? 🤔
Nice Office Space reference at ~12m14s, Bjørn ;-)

Berlingo is ultimate family car - boring, huge boot and fits 3 child seats.

No need to. But check out range test coming soon. I calculated 1000 km there.
Can't wait for the banana box test

The e-Spacetourer is going to storm the banana box test!
EQV it’s bigger…
Nice to see more style/use variants available as BEV now.
Can't wait for the ID-Buzz.
Good to see that even these cars are now available as BEV.
(12:02) I bet it's so that the user could charge a device stored inside the glove compartment.
Who is your daddy and what does he do? 🤣
This table it genious 😳
Can the chairs be moved back in the xl version to make more leg space?
Would like to build camper van out of this!
I was thinking the same thing - that looks like a great RV platform.
Have already done it - Peugeot e-traveller long version ;-)
Struggling to find a popup roof that will fit?!?
Reimo has pop roofs.
Nice van. I wish to see something like this in USA.

Yes please
I think the front cup holder was for the stack of wonderbaums people use :)
Since you test everything, how about doing a 1000 km challenge on the mini se?
That would be absolute torture
This looks like your ultimate camp vehicle. Just take out a row of seats and you can cook, sleep. First class hotel!
in UK the 75kw version is not available..!!!what a shame

They also make the e-dispatch in small, medium and large, I'd be keen to get the M for trade use, perfect with either the 75 or 50kWh battery
On the driver seat, that botton is intensifying the massage level

The conference style seating doesn't allow enough leg room. People sitting opposite each other would be knocking their knees.
Like riding in the back of a C-130. Allright if you're sleeping the whole way.
The Berlingo with this batery will make a great opcion
I have had C4 Grand and now C5 Aircross Hybrid, they also only have 1 USB!
0:27 why did they make the charge door open forwards?
Nice to see... Thank you!
Looks like a really nice Van, also an Airport-Test would be interesting to see 👍🏼
Lol. Thumbs up for the Kindergarten Cop quote!

“You get less smutz”? What was that about the charge port and “smutz”? 🙃
Dirt , bugs etc
“Schmutz” = German for dirt. It’s cognate with “smut”.
M or xl?

LIning the AC in current PSA cars is mostly only available from the AC-Software-Menu
Nice van
1:00 Under what a heck this thing the real what a heck this thing is hidden 😁
But how does it drive??
Me want!!!
The lid covers the Diesel intake for the heating of cabin and the battery.
👍
Noice!
Are the seats as narrow as other Citroen cars?

@@MrGonzonator They are too narrow for me, at least in C3 and C4 and in Grand Picasso.
Too large for a family 7 seater. That size vehicle should be 8 or 9 seats like my vivaro. Good as an airport shuttle in lwb version.
How much can it pull?
1000 kg
Good van for transporting bananas around the city...
We need more vans! When will you get the all-new T7 from VW??? Das Auto! Ja!

Yes
I'm missing the other e - cars, e.g. H2 cars. They are also electronic cars.
