Firstly This is true, however that is not our concern it is the sweedes concern. Unfortunately their lord is unfit and has driven our home land into the ground. We need his heir to claim the throne now. Our best bet, however dishonorable, is to murder the current leige, claim the title of cultural head and gift sweeden to a son of our lord. Secondly I think it is imperative that we crush the catholic menace and install norse leaders in their thrones, we already took rome and converted it, next should be italy so we may have the heathen swine surrounded and taking their throne will be a slow tedious process, yet something that shall be satisfying. Just wanted to stop by and tell you that I've never thought I'd be following a gameplay series with such enthusiasm! Just wish it wasn't the norse since everyone and their mother is playing them. Loved the switch between having your first character never killing anyone to his son mass executing people, such a difference!

played Rurik Rurikid up until the end of his life span. then i wanted to see where he would go from there without my intervention so i set to observe. let it go overnight and checked it in the morning. there were 3 major empires all with kid at the end of the title. and all muslim.

While I appreciate your content and your enthusiasm to leaving behind a mighty dynasty, I advise not to over extend your empire. While you might get away with taking Scandinavia, other lands outside of that and further would stretch your resources, troops and influence to the breaking limit. How'd the title go from Gardarki to Rus? I want to run a Kievan Rus game starting from Rurikid as well, and I wonder if there is ever a decision or event that switches the title to Kievan Rus or the like? Or do you have to do it manually?

My King, The land is great, the culture better, but we need more of that fantastic culture spread through our lands. expansion north through the Finnish lands should help you out. Bringing more Norse lands into the great Rus kingdom to help influence the way of the Norse culture. you could just as well spread the Asatru religion through all of Scandinavia by this tactic and you could form the holy order you've always wanted.

While I appreciate your content and your enthusiasm to leaving behind a mighty dynasty, I advise not to over extend your empire. While you might get away with taking Scandinavia, other lands outside of that and further would stretch your resources, troops and influence to the breaking limit. How'd the title go from Gardarki to Rus? I want to run a Kievan Rus game starting from Rurikid as well, and I wonder if there is ever a decision or event that switches the title to Kievan Rus or the like? Or do you have to do it manually?

The land is great, the culture better, but we need more of that fantastic culture spread through our lands. expansion north through the Finnish lands should help you out. Bringing more Norse lands into the great Rus kingdom to help influence the way of the Norse culture. you could just as well spread the Asatru religion through all of Scandinavia by this tactic and you could form the holy order you've always wanted.
