My suggestion My liege is that once the Britons our subjugated, start setting up kingdoms of your dynasty in mainland Europe to expand and war at will while you deal with the Romans of Byzantium (OoC: it might be cool champaign wise if one of the shield maidens in the dynasty becomes high king.)

But all things considered, there's a crisis yet to come. I have heard that you need to decide whether to place your youngest son or your old yet a skilled son as your next heir, I suggest that you should place your youngest son as your heir and train him in the ways of learning and martial. I also heard that you want to conquer more land besides everything up north. I suggest conquering the lands of the khazars or perhaps the fertile lands of germania might interests you. In my time I have seen many pass through the great halls of the Rurikids home and witnessed many great victories for your dynasty, I believe that it would be folly and a grave disrespect to the ancestors of your house to abandon the land that formed the route of our budding empire. Even the great mead-halls of Upland and Sweden, could not possibly compare to the Ancestral Halls of House Rurikid!

Now I have done watching your handiwork my good high king I do have some suggestions for you, first however congratulations for your expansions and fulfillment of your ideas. As for my suggestion sir please do consider another government type like three feudal one it will help you balance your realm and secondly let your current son and heir succeed to the throne he may not reign as long as you but he will get the job done properly and there will not be much chaos as it is to be expected of a younger one, the latter maybe younger but is he well educated enough? I do know I am but a guest at your court and a foreigner at that, but if you knew the chaos my nation has faced in the centuries you would understand. Also ensure your vandals do not own a whole duchy by themselves ensure about half of a duchy is owned by other counts to ensure your vasal does not rebel. And I do hope in the future our nations, or people become great allies. I mean the real persians , followers of Zoroastrian my high king.

I dont know too much at all but I think that if it isnt hard(I dont know if it hard or not) to pass the rule so it will be better to make the older son a king after the current dies, because he have better abilities, loyel for years and more.
I think you should let your oldest son inherit the title, he may be old, but he is so much better than your young son, he could get much done. Not to mention that his own son is already great as well, and would make a good candidate for his heir.
I think you should at least check your current heir's children's stats to see if they could be better than your youngest son. That way you would know who has the best possible stats to accomplish what you want to do.

I uh........Don't have much input other than trying to do Raiding for Captives Wars so you can then recruit and convert them and marry any good choices to you're kids, grandkids, and great grandkids (You're family has had ALOT of Kids Babe!). You've reformed the Faith, Praise Odin Babe! I suggest you focus on Converting the faith of you're more far flung territories than the more local ones given how unified they are at this point. Particularly Rome if that hasn't been convert completely yet. As for future Targets, the British Isles wouldn't be half bad, but I think you're boy could easily take the other Rome, Byzantium. Alternatively, you could go grab some faraway Kingdoms and hand them off to a member of you're dynasty and grant them independence. Can't think of much else honestly. Other than PRAISE ODIN BABE! Aside from Rus and Scandinavia (soon to be yours, my liege), our people has Rome and a good part of the green land of the Irish. Unifying Italy and destroying the papacy should be a priority, putting a hot, roaring blade in the rotten spine of the ungodly beast that is Christianity, but I believe that first you should take yet another imperial crown: that of the British Isles. I think you should let your oldest son inherit the title, he may be old, but he is so much better than your young son, he could get much done. Not to mention that his own son is already great as well, and would make a good candidate for his heir.

I think you should at least check your current heir's children's stats to see if they could be better than your youngest son. That way you would know who has the best possible stats to accomplish what you want to do.
