The AC15 had the Voxy Tube thing going on so B was cleaner IMO, however if it was not a side by side comparison I would find it hard to tell the difference. Would be happy with either but based on cost and the fact it’s for home use the Beetle has my vote and is in the running to be my next amp.. 👍🇦🇺
I guessed wrong. For now I'm super impressed with the Superbeetle. The 10 inch speaker sounds surprisingly full, and the gain for me, is vastly superior to its big brother. I would love to hear a cleans comparison between the SuperBeetle, and an ac15 with the celestion blue speaker. Preferably with a strat on the chimiest pickup setting (for me that's neck + mid). I have an ac15 and a nice 50s/60s NOS tube collection. Never cared for the gain on it, I only use it for the heavenly cleans and rely on my Keeley TS9 for grit.
I guessed wrong, both sound very similar. I bought the Mini a while back based on your review. Great sounding amp when paired with the right guitar. For me my Gibson Firebird Studio with P90's is that guitar. Thanks for the vid brother.
I have the Superbeetle and I recognized it immediately. Very nice video, I'll get a Neo Greenback and a 1x12cab ASAP, even if the Superbeetle sounds very good also with Jensen N12K (neomidium) from my Fender Tone Master Deluxe Reverb.

Amp B produced richer and more defined sounds and so it was pretty obvious from the very beginning. Had I seen this video a year ago, I may not have purchased the MSB. But I am happy with the sounds I get out of it, using the shipped speaker and cab..
Great Video Landon, very informative. I am partial to the nu-tube I love it, I run a pair of MV50 cleans with 4 bc108 cabs, I love the sound, I run a wet dry setup and it is awsome. I will be doing a video on my amp setup in the near future. keep up the good work, you inspire me to make videos as well. Thanks.
Totally fooled me. I have the mini and was sure it would sound thinner (B) so I guessed the Mini was B. Wrong! I put the mini into the same type cab. No need to buy an AC15! The nutube is MUCH warmer, gutsier, richer. Not even close.

The SuperBeetle sounds great, but the AC15CH sounds greater.
I preferred the mini the gain at noon but the ac15 at higher gain, which I found interesting

I guessed correctly (I figured the AC would be slightly brighter?) but they are very very close! At least here in my headphones.
I think I like the darker sound of the super beetle a little more honestly.
