I've been subscribed to your channel for only about a year.
And with each new video released, even though I usually stay quiet, I'm quietly -outraged- that your content doesn't get the recognition it deserves.
I'm really not present on social networks, so I can't really support you by way if sharing your contemt with others...
But for what it's worth, I think you're really cool.
Just wanted to let you know.

I am so appreciative of you taking the time to comment. It means a lot knowing people do find value in these videos!
If you ever have any suggestions on video topics, format or anything. I'm always looking for ways to improve myself so super keen to hear you out!
Hope you have an amazing week ahead!
      Sam

Great one! I'm gonna make these tomorrow morning, if all goes well. I don't think it needs all the dairy stuff, since we're gonna put stuff on it anyhow, which in my case will be homemade thimbleberry jam I made; just thimbleberries I picked in the forest and sugar. English muffins here in Washington state in the USA cost between about thirty cents to a dollar each, or in the local bakery 2.50 each.

Dairy, butter add to the flavour. But not so necessary to form the muffins imo. Homemade jam sounds bloody amazing though. Ouch! $2.5 a muffin is a bit steep

Okay, I just made them, the second group is in the pan. Your recipe is perfect! I just ate one, hot, nothing on it, and lovely! Here's an idea to stand out: you have tons of hair, do a crazy hairstyle for each video, Big Hair Sam. Get a friend who knows how to do hair and gel, make..like...hats out of your hair, spirals, cones, trial judge white hair, fun stuff like that. My fave food channels are Emmymade, MaxMiller, and Yeung Man Cooking. And yours as of last week when I found it. OMG, Big Hair Sam and I don't give a damn, where you throw stuff together without measurement.

Love the enthusiasm. Thank you for sharing that with me! Except, I almost measure everything in my recipes😂

@@SamsHomeKitchen Yes, and you're into sustainability, cuz you really do give a damn, so the idea is to go completely the other way and see what happens. It might not work at all, or it might be amazing. There was a guy out there a few years ago...the death metal vegan? something like that, got tons of views for being weird. But you've got a great voice, your enthusiasm comes through really well, and I would love to see you get a bajillion views.

Does it make a difference between using all the normal ingredient vs using them + the sour dought starter?

      Hi Alastor
This recipe does not need the sourdough starter. It was just some extra stuff I added to use up. You’ll be able to levain your dough with yeast just fine.
