can i change the pressure switch inside to a lower pressure so that i can mount this to an airtank? i dont want it to shut off at the stock 145psi seting i would like to have it shut off now at around 120psi. is it possible to take apart and replace with lower set switch?
Is it possible to retrofit the 400p to have the same feature as the automatic one?

I'm thinking about getting the 400rv or the 450rv. I have a 29 foot long travel trailer. I'm addition to the trailer, I would use it for airing up my truck after going off road. I would be airing up from about 15 to 46. As I understand it the 450 has a longer duty cycle, but the 400 might air up faster. What do you recommend?
We believe the 400P-RV will work best for your trailer tires. This compressor will inflate 30PSI in most Travel Trailer and Class C RV tires in less than 2 minutes per tire. It can run continuously for approximately 20 minutes at 100 PSI before needing to rest. Can you lock the handle on the on position for the 400p automatic so that I don’t have to hold it while inflating?
There is no handle lock on the inflation gun.
@@VIAIRCorporation so I would have to hold it in the on position until my desired pressure? Is there any what to lock it or not have to hold the handle
@@capitalcity1658 Yes, you would have to hold the handle on the tire inflation gun to the desired tire psi. We recommend not to lock it to prevent overinflation.
