When I refused to pay $15/month and refused to have them track my car’s location and other things, they turned off the remote start on the keyfob AND the memory seats. $82k car and this happened. I guess they feel it’s ok to track my car at all times and this is how they want to incentivize me to let them by turning off what’s included by default in 30k Honda. Amazing…so, if you simply delete the app AND your key fob remote is working then it’s because you have not told them to stop the tracking yet. Just fyi. I’d pay $15 not to be tracked by them and they can keep their app
These features must be standard when you buy toyota. If people accept these stupidity and not do anything about soon toyota will charge you for using the door to enter to the car
drj Westfield Wisconsin will this app work on my 2005 corolla to stop my rear passenger door from locking every time the ign. Key is turned off, it only happens to the rear passenger door.
You can add your 2005 Corolla to the app, which can allow you to schedule maintenance appointments at your local dealer. But all the advanced features are only available for new Toyotas and slightly older models when available.
@@JoseGonzalez-gg6rs After deleting the app the infotainment system reminds you occasionally that you can download it. Wireless CarPlay/Andriod Auto still work.

Currently, it's only available on a few vehicles. You do it in the Toyota App.

Depends on what car you have. The ones that connect to cellular, then yes.
I deleted the app a week after I bought my Venza. It isn't needed and not worth paying $30/Month for.

I read the privacy agreement and I decided to decline further use of this app and account.
What'd it say that influenced you to decline?
I respect that. Kudos to you for digging in on the details.
What if I don't want to do all of this BS
