Looking great. Patio or a mini private garden may be nice with that space.
I'm having an architect round today to measure up our garage so we can turn it into an annex. (hopefully) if it goes to plan we will document the process

As this is originally meat to be the last episode, could you disclose the final costs, numbers etc please? I can't wait for another 5-6 episodes haha
