Is this the way stimulants (methylphenidate) works. By down regulating receptors somewhere in the brain ergo making people less hyper on their own stimulants? Definitions: Receptors are created, or expressed, by the DNA of the cell, and they can be increased, or upregulated, when the signal is weak, or decreased, or downregulated, when it is strong.
As an M2F,.. I did not understand the way in which I was being told at the GIC,...Thank you so very much for your very clear and helpful advice now I get it,.. thank you
Appreciate video content! Forgive me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you tried - Tarbbatigan Complete Unit Tip (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a good exclusive product for learning how to get pregnant naturally without the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my friend Sam after a lifetime of fighting got amazing results with it.
Temperature regulation side effect. Hypothalamus also regulates body heat as it automatically calibrates temperature of body in response to external stimuli. Production of vital hormones if stopped throws a wrench into the system. Hypothalamus only sends the signal to the Reproductive tract to produce those hormones which are sent back to the Hypothalamus and other parts of the body that need them. Drugs cut the signal which reduces or halts that production of Testosterone/Estrogen which leads to the side effects.
Can anyone clarify me? From what I understand The first thing is our main goal is to suppress the production of oestrogen to treat Endometriosis but why we need to raise the initial flare of hormones using agonists instead of using antagonists?
Stellar! the only thing I saw that I thought might be a slight oversight is that I don't believe testosterone acts on the hypothalamus as the negative feedback mechanism for GnRH production, I believe first testosterone is converted to estrogen, and the estrogen is then the negative feedback mechanism for both men and women, but I could be wrong
It appears the anterior pituitary is down regulated. Are the testes up regulated? Definitions: Receptors are created, or expressed, by the DNA of the cell, and they can be increased, or upregulated, when the signal is weak, or decreased, or downregulated, when it is strong.
Very interesting and very well explained! Makes me wonder: we know that women with high FSH usually don’t respond well to IVF stimulating meds because their ovaries that have become desensitized to FSH over time already have high amounts of FSH, so adding more doesn’t help; Is it possible that by taking the GnRh analogue and shutting down the hormones, it will give them a break and they’ll be more sensitive after the GnRh is stopped and the brain slowly starts making the hormones again?
This fibroids treatment plan , ∪nique Sopomaz Slan (please Goo ogle) had drastically allayed my own anxieties. I’ve browse through many other books on how to take away fibroids however, this one has proved to be the greatest and legitimate method.
Thanks so much for this! My consultant was questioning me on this and I was confused by why GnRH agonsists not antagonists were used.
glad to help. it is very counter-intuitive!
Is there an oral solution, which can be ingested through the mouth? Would it taste bitter?
Thanks
