- This is Cebu's new Seagrove, a seafront development that will take place in Mactan's bayside, and will be front the beautiful Magellan bay. On the other hand it will also have a 40-hectare mangrove forest where fun activities will be seen.

The Seagrove’s major framework is that it will have the Philippines’ first ever coastal boardwalk, where it will oversee a magnificent mangrove forest, and a central network of lagoons. This will be equipped with first-class local restaurants, luxury lifestyle brands, and iconic entertainment shops.
A pedestrian corridor will be constructed where its design is nature inspired, this will be seen when individuals first step onto the entry plaza and it will right off the bat give people the sense of an island vibe. This will lead onto the entire estate and be in line with retail outlets. As it is a nature-inspired model, it will be surrounded with beautiful greenery landscapes.
Seagrove will also feature an exceptional feel of history and place, as it emphasizes the best of Cebu’s tradition and heritage. This implies that it will really set itself apart among other developments in the country, as most of them have been influenced by the western parts of the world. But while culture is its key background, it likewise poses as a nature style living, where beautiful seascapes are seen, along with a touch of greenery.
All of this will be placed in front of Mactan’s Bayside, which is the wonderful Magellan bay, where people could enjoy the relaxing view of the waters, and at the same time it brings a sense of adventure as Seagrove also has many choices for families to experience them. This just makes Seagrove a paradise among paradise.
On the other side, it will gaze upon a 40-hectare mangrove forest, and likewise it will provide an exciting amount of options for people to enjoy them. This could go from exploring the unseen, treating wildlife, or just sitting there and appreciate both views of what Seagrove has to offer.
The main resort of this establishment is that it will be occupied by the world famous Holiday Inn Resort, while this may not sound an amazing feat, it is actually one of the best options Seagrove can provide Why? It is because Holiday Inn Resort stands at the top of over 1,200 hotel brands worldwide. In fact, this is only a subsidiary company, as the owner of it is called the InterContinental Hotels Group. It is a corporation that has over 5,700 hotels all across the world.
The estimated cost of this massive master plan was reported to cost over 35 billion pesos, and will be located in Lapu-Lapu City. All of this will be handled by a joint-partnership of well-known local conglomerates such as Ayala Land, Cebu Holdings, and Taft Properties.
This is one of the best tourist attractions Cebu can offer to date, It may also be an assurance as large companies expect that in the future there will be millions of visitors coming in and out of the region of where it lies on.
