Rozelle Bay light rail stop is a 4 minute walk away and the Tramsheds are about 7 minutes walk away where you can buy food. I do recommend skating here on a stinking hot day as I've had the entire place to myself on numerous occasions 🛹👍
Nice review! The mini ramp was there for many years but it was originally wood with a metal surface which rusted out and fell apart. When they built the new park they rebuilt the mini ramp out of concrete. Such a cool park!
Thanks man! Was that the one that was further down around the corner in the carpark? I did see that the first time I went to this park but now it's gone 🤔
this park is soo nice compared to the regular park you see in aus. i hope parks like this become a trend. the total lack of variety at parks and street spots leaves me feeling stale and jaded a lot. never stop skating but haha 😅
I left straya before i started to learn to skate. I miss the weather for skating, in the uk, pretty much impossible to skate outdoors for at least 3 months of the year. This park looks sick
@@LeonPaxton Fitzy is cool because it’s new but honestly, it’s pretty standard. You’d be better off going out to Bathurst or Broke, those parks look pretty unique.
Yeah man, when I'm filming these videos I usually go in the morning and on a weekday so the skatepark is empty and I'm not getting in anyones way or annoying them while I'm trying to film lol
@@LeonPaxton my area, the east bay area in cali, has such dogshit parks. you'd figure ca would be a mecca for skating but your parks out there blow ours out of the water. even the ones you say are bad look better than anything around me.
Yeah dude, from what I hear and see, all the parks and street spots over there look amazing! But then I keep hearing from people over there how much it sucks lol
@@LeonPaxton yes. we need to show the rest of australia how inept this park is compared to the parks in other suburbs. so the council would at least improve it. for skaters. also, give us a shout when ur in the area i want to see you guys in action!
Yeah that's true, I'm just immune to it and don't really see it since I grew up in skateparks and it was so normal for their to be graffiti everywhere but yeah they could at least be good at it 😅

Awesome man, thanks for the info!
I'm sure this will be helpful for everyone 🙌🏽

Sorry for the overexposed clips y'all! I got the new iPhone 14 and I'm still working out the camera settings on it 🤷🏽♂

All good my man! Hopefully, see you again soon 🤘🏽

Yeah man, so much thought went into the design and architecture here and it definitely shows 😍
Never stop! 👊🏼
just wondering do you know what time the lights turn of cheers
Sorry dude, not sure about this one either lol
After watching your video few days ago went there today to check it out. Sick park feels like a street spot. One of best parks I’ve skated. Cheers
Hell yeah dude, the park is so good!
This park looks really sick. I love all of the small ledges and manny pads. right up my alley.
Yeah dude, it's such a good place to work on your ledge and manny skills 👌🏼
Cool vid mate. Best public transport option is the 433 bus from Central which drops you right at the park.
Thanks heaps man!
Ok awesome, I'm sure people in the comments will be happy to know that 🙌🏽
Sick park review, hopefully I'll be able to enjoy this skatepark more once I can ollie and actually get on the ledges and rails haha
Thanks man!
Hell yeah, just keep practicing and you will get there 🙌🏽
Dam that’s an awesome park Sydney have some sick parks man. Thanks for such a sick video
Yeah man, it's sick!
Thanks for watching 🙏🏽
Great job Leon.
Thanks heaps dude! 🙏🏽
Should have made halfpipes under the bridge
Thats would have been sick! It is pretty wasted space under there...
Blessed be Sydney!

Damn, you left too early dude!
Everything is popping of here in Australia now lol
Anyone know what time the lights go off here?
I'm not too sure man. Hopefully someone here can answer that 🤞🏽

Review Fitzroy park in Melbourne next. I’ll meet you there.
So keen for that! 🤘🏽

@@aussiekartman I've actually had my eye on those two parks! The new Pizzey park as well but just need to figure out how to get out those ways lol
We need this in the states
You guys have the best street spots over there though!
It seems like it's dead at alot of the parks in Sydney are you just going at good times ?

How come is it so empty??
Weekday
Yeah weekday mornings are the key for skating parks 👌🏼
i wanna move to australia just for this park
There's so many good parks close by too!

this park is so nice, its a shame people tagged it with trash graffiti. If you are going to vandalize a masterpiece, at least be good at it.

6 mil and no Bowl, disappointing
Yeah this park is definitely for the street skaters out there lol

It was fun but I wish I had more energy to skate it properly this day 🥵
@@LeonPaxton hopefully the weather improves. Keen to go back here
6 millions? robbery this days are diferent
Yeah it's a lot! I feel like more money might have been spent on the design and architecture of the whole park 🤔
Overpriced. Someone took a bribe. Maybe a million with concrete price and labor
