Keep up the fantastic work!
Thanks mate!
Fuck I loved cannonball as a kid! Nothing like these skateparks existed when I was skating unfortunately, the best we had was maybe Waterloo when it was a makeshift bring your own park (not the newer one in this video).
Cannonball was such a legendary spot!
Nice one Leon, hard to choose. I'm a fan of all three.

Campbelltown
Where is it
Im sorry if that skate park cost 6 000 000 something is seriously wrong.
Cost of living i dont mind people charging silly prices and scamming but this is beyond a joke. 600 000 maximum
Construction costs are crazy. It costs $200-$300 per square metre to put down concrete. I'd guess Glebe skate park is between 5000 and 6000 square meters meaning to concrete that area would cost anywhere from $1 mil to $1.8 mil. But that would just be for laying flat concrete. Making the shapes and gradients of a skate park is no doubt a lot of additional cost. Then you add all the design costs, feasibility studies, saftey reports etc and it's not hard to see how the cost starts to climb up. Then you can basically double the price since to account for the inefficientcy of government projects.
If you think this is bad look up how much the gov't spends in Aus per year on cycling paths (spoiler alert, around $400 million a year). It's a crazy world we live in.
i have been to gleebe skatepark and let me just say that it really isnt worth going to.
