@@breakyoselffoolhow many powders can you prove are grass-fed as labeled? Actually, the larger elephant in the room needs to be addressed: Whey is a byproduct of the cheese-making process. Fresh grass-fed milk does indeed have a healthier fat profile as well as a couple of other nutrients from the cow's natural diet. Now..... there's a problem here. As the milk goes through the process to become cheese/and into whey, you lose a hefty portion of that micronutrient profile. Then as it's further processed into an isolate or hydrolized state, you lose most (if not all) of the fat content. Isolates and hydrolized powders are suppose to be deficient of fat and carbs for dietary goals. So...... grass-fed matters, huh? I get the message and purpose some people are aiming for trying to get those products, their hearts are in the right place, but their minds, not so much.
The only issue is that it has fillers. I just don’t see it having 25g of pure protein. I know this because I was always sore after a workout despite taking isopure. Now I take gold standard 100% whey and I don’t get sore any more.
These sound like great options, the problem is they are all manufactured overseas and buying online have large shipping times. I am too impatient for that. Do you know any where that sells these in Australia, preferably Melbourne.

you are better off with a blend - a blend that contains Casein will keep you satiated all day! And ton of energy! Or buy Isolate , and add Casein to it.
You’re not gaining? So what are you doing just drinking with milk or water? You not throwing in anything like oats, bananas, peanut butter for added calories? You must not be trying to bulk? I want to gain weight and these don’t seem to do that
If you want to gain mass you don't buy whey Protein Isolate. Get Whey Protein Concentrate as it has higher fat% and carb% and takes longer to digest. Essentially it also works as a meal replacement when blended with other ingredients.
That was a great video, but a bit biased actually quite a bit to be honest, just saying.... nonetheless I understand how UA-cam, marketing, affiliate links, promos and incentives work. However there was never a reference made towards the comparison of any of the whey protein powders bio availability compared to eggs? 🥚 the matter-of-fact that eggs are the most natural complete protein in its original form when consumed as food. I feel there should've been some type of clear and TRANSPARENT comparison, which would then highlight the importance of high protein sourced all natural foods (eggs, meat & dairy etc.) I did find some value in this review, and realizing you are not a dietician nor a qualified doctor of any sort forces me to the realization that most of these videos are put out for entertainment purposes, and not as a government guideline for optimal health. We all have side hustles with this being no different than anyone else. I would appreciate and encourage a more non-biased comparison of a whey protein isolate powder from any brand and compare it to naturally sourced free range chicken eggs to give your viewers a better perspective in regards to protein bio availability and complete protein bio availability? Peace ✌️ THANK YOU for your time & understanding of my assessment of this video and its contents.
@JCampbell91x Yes, I saw there is shipping to UK 🇬🇧 available now, and some items to EU, unfortunately whey protein isolate is not among them. I ordered EAA and Multivitamins.
I have tried Kaged , but re-Kaged version... maybe not the best quality protein but their Strawberry Lemonade is the best protein flavor I ever tried "ever". Too bad they didn't keep it for isolate - went with boring chocolate and vanilla , YUCK and YUCK 🤮

Isopure is 100 cals, zero carbs, zero sugar, 25g protein
Would you say that IsoPure is better than the ones he covered on this video?
@@champion6534 based on those stats. I think it’s some of the best on the market.

How can the one with sucralose be the best digesting? That stuff wreaks havoc on my digestion.
Same, actually came to this video looking for a good one without any sucralose--have you found any that have worked for you?
These sound like great options, the problem is they are all manufactured overseas and buying online have large shipping times. I am too impatient for that. Do you know any where that sells these in Australia, preferably Melbourne.
Getting them shipped is going to be your best bet. Let us know if you find a local store that has them!
really helpful! I found out recently that my old cheap whey had heavy metals in it, which freaked me out
What’re your thoughts on iso 100 ?
Where is the list the Myprotein?
Swolverine and Kaged are great but they are artificially sweetened with sucrolose. Pass for me.
Salaam Brother - Appreciate your comment. What protein isolate that contains no artificial flavors do you recommend. Jazak Allah Khair.

there are generally fewer things less natural than "natural flavorings"
Was considering against myprotein whey protein isolate vs clear whey, is there a preference? I’m focusing on fat loss / weight loss

Maybe don’t use whey protein for fat loss, it spikes insulin more than white bread.
Also the one in the video for weight loss has a lot of bad ingredients
My Protein Pro series The Whey!
Which is the best brand with the supplements?
I'm going to be doing a cross country bike ride. Would I be better off with an isolate or hydro?

I'm a big fan of isolates, and think it'll serve you well. But if you have any concerns, be sure to speak to your healthcare professional!

Grass fed is irrelevant when it comes to protein power and only matters when it applied to red meat.
And butter?
I'm surprised Isopure is not included.
So am I. Isopure has been at the top of the entire game for like 20+ years, it’s just expensive so not many people use it.
I'd say isopure and synth6 edge are top of my list.
