- My investing journey. I bought a multifamily apartment with no money. No investors would help me. I hit roadblock after roadblock but finally figured out how to do it. Learning how to invest in multifamily.

One of the best investments I did was buying a restaurant building, No money down, owner financing and the owner actually gave me a check at the close of Escrow ($20,K) to help me get started.
This is the last building I sold about a year and a half ago and almost Tripled my MONEY 💵.

Lol. They got a good deal for the time. I don’t know that it continued appreciating like that. Nationally MF dropped 30% in value since then but east tn is hot. It was an easy pass for investors. I had never done one, wasn’t local, and nobody knew me.

I’m sure it’s like anything else. There are some great resources but need to be careful. I was never super involved but certainly benefited from it.
