Would you recommend putting this through a blender to retain the chili's/lemongrass/etc? I figure the lemongrass could potentially be tough though depending on how long it gets boiled.
Yes you can totally do that with the chills but the lemongrass & Ginger as you mentioned would still remain tough but if you don't mind the taste of it then I say go for it, cooking is all about making dishes to your own liking.
