Yes! I actually keep garlic, ginger and hot chilies in jars in my freezer. They’re easier to prep when I’m ready to use them and I don’t have to worry about any extra pieces. Also, frozen ginger is easier to peel. So much so that you can use a regular teaspoon to do it.

How long before you eat should you drink the ACV and water? Does it need time to do something before you start eating? Ur could I gulp it down and then go right into eating? And on the other end, how soon would I need to complete a meal after drinking it so that it is still "working"?
It would be a good idea to put the strained pineapple and cucumber pulp and the ginger too into little ice cube trays and freeze for later to add to smoothies or the ginger for cooking.
This WORKS. I have IBS and deal with chronic constipation. I’m not on any medications and I stopped taking stool softeners. Warning it’s about to get gross: my stool is softening even though I’m taking multivitamins with iron in them! I’m only on day 2. I eat green smoothies, fruit, and a salad a day. I still eat carbs and sugars when I want to. No diet restrictions and I’m already feeling better!

Invest in a Vitamix blender. That blender is very powerful and you won’t need to strain anything. Throw all the ingredients in the blender and it liquifies even the peels! I’ve done this for years and you’ll never go back to regular blender.
Nice recipe but watch out for your dental health - also drink plain water to rinse out the citric acid from your beautiful smile. (the acidic drink, if it sits on your teeth, will eat away at your enamel)
That's exactly what happened to one of my teeth a few years ago! Stupid me, I wasn't thinking and kept lemon water by the bed to drink at night. It ate a hole through the back of one of my front teeth and I thought I had a piece of food on the front. When I couldn't get it to come off I went to the dentist he filled it in from the back.

I would make this with pineapple, pineapple skin tea, ginger, cucumber , lime, cilantro, bladderwrack powder, bird pepper. I want to lose weight with the quickness, i don't want to be tempted to eat. The next week i will switch it up with sour sop more healthy than a pineapple.

I thought I had pulled a muscle in my abs from being so much because I'm in the process of moving, I was in so much pain. So much cramping, vomiting, and going to the bathroom. Also a good one to try is aloe vera water we have a lot of aloe plants we sell them for this aloe water you cut 2 aloe fron the plant get a large bowl fill with cold water add your 2 aloes that you cut from the plant into the bowl but cut both aloes in half then into the bowl of water let sit for about 10 min this is going to remove the yellow liquid from the aloe that which you don't want trust me when aloe has been removed from bowl tou will need a knife to remove the aloe flesh remove that then add both aloe flesh into a blender add fresh ginger then water I usually fill my large blender to the top then blend after blended I transfer it to a pitcher I don't add Sweetener that's just my preference a tall glass every day I like to drink one first thing in the morning before breakfast aloe has so many benefits research them good detoxifier. Y'all, when I tell you this works, THIS TONIC WORKS WONDERS. I don't know exactly how many inches I lost after about 9 days, but the elastic on my waist band was no longer digging in so tight, and leaving that rigged imprint. I actually kept going. Now I'm not doing keto anymore because it nearly sent me to the hospital 😅... and I'm only skipping one meal a day. But find what's best for you! I drank this for a week throughout the day (with or without meals), but if you do go my route, I highly suggest having a clean bathroom nearby. I do this detox seven days a month.

Too much acid for me personally. As I suffer with acid reflux and what not. Can you omit one of the citrus fruits? I'm not suppose to do citus. But all the ingredients I love and use but just a little bit. Very little. I cannot use apple cider. Any substitutes at all.?!?! Thx
Ok update…. I made this EXACTLY the way Risa did and the only results I’ve had on now my 4th day is no gut pain due to the ginger and helping with clearing my sinuses. I will continue to drink this for those purposes.
I think the recipe has too much fructose for those with insulin resistance who are sensitive to sugar. Try cuke, lemon, ginger and cinnamon. The pineapple and orange are both high sugars.

Monday is anything green, Tuesday is anything orange, Wednesday is anything yellow, Thursday is anything purple, blue, or red, and Friday is anything brown for example I’ll make a banana and nut smoothie. Today I was planning to make a very similar combination using my juicer: pineapple, orange, lemon, ginger. But now I’ll add cucumbers to it, which I keep on hand because I love and eat them everyday.🤗 Nice to know this helps with weight loss and bellies. I’d suggest using a juicer instead of blending. It would be faster and easier to make, plus you’ll really be able to extract the juice and oils from the citrus.

I only eat hamburger and eggs with cheese in a pan when I do eat. fast 3-5 days or eat once a day depending how I feel. We get a daily reprieve from our disease, one day at a time, by not drinking, and that is the best that will ever be. With this, we can go 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 years or more, and never drink again. We are always alcoholics. Anyone who believes that they have "cured themselves", is self delusional, and has not yet admitted that they are indeed an alcoholic. I would make this with pineapple, pineapple skin tea, ginger, cucumber , lime, cilantro, bladderwrack powder, bird pepper. I want to lose weight with the quickness, i don't want to be tempted to eat. The next week i will switch it up with sour sop more healthy than a pineapple.

I'm embarrassed to type this, but a few weeks ago, I found myself in the ER. I thought I had pulled a muscle in my abs from being so much because I'm in the process of moving, I was in so much pain. So much cramping, vomiting, and going to the bathroom.
They did a contrast and saw a large line of stool. I was constipated! Who knew? lol They told me to add fiber to my diet and drink more water.
I like water, it's just been hard to drink more of it, but this is definitely on my things to do. Thanks!

Also a good one to try is aloe vera water we have a lot of aloe plants we sell them for this aloe water you cut 2 aloe fron the plant get a large bowl fill with cold water add your 2 aloes that you cut from the plant into the bowl but cut both aloes in half then into the bowl of water let sit for about 10 min this is going to remove the yellow liquid from the aloe that which you don't want trust me when aloe has been removed from bowl tou will need a knife to remove the aloe flesh remove that then add both aloe flesh into a blender add fresh ginger then water I usually fill my large blender to the top then blend after blended I transfer it to a pitcher I don't add Sweetener that's just my preference a tall glass every day I like to drink one first thing in the morning before breakfast aloe has so many benefits research them good detoxifier. Forgot to add you can also put some squeezed lime or lemon too.

Y'all, when I tell you this works, THIS TONIC WORKS WONDERS. I don't know exactly how many inches I lost after about 9 days, but the elastic on my waist band was no longer digging in so tight, and leaving that rigged imprint.
I actually kept going. After the initial 9 days, I kept going. I would drink this every other day for 6 weeks.

@Bridget Sanders My meals are already light tbh. When I came upon this video, I was doing Intermitten Fasting and Keto. Now I'm not doing keto anymore because it nearly sent me to the hospital 😅... and I'm only skipping one meal a day. But find what's best for you! I drank this for a week throughout the day (with or without meals), but if you do go my route, I highly suggest having a clean bathroom nearby. I do this detox seven days a month.

Ok update…. I made this EXACTLY the way Risa did and the only results I’ve had on now my 4th day is no gut pain due to the ginger and helping with clearing my sinuses. I will continue to drink this for those purposes.

I think the recipe has too much fructose for those with insulin resistance who are sensitive to sugar. Try cuke, lemon, ginger and cinnamon. The pineapple and orange are both high sugars.
surprisingly ive been feeling really sick experiencing extreme pain and discomfort from bloating these past few days and this is just what I need! It's amazing how UA-cam algorithm knew what I needed, I only spoke about it to my bf I didn't even google search anything relating it lol it's kinda creepy but thanks I will update how it goes. I would add 2 more things to this recipe: apply and couve leaf. This will take it to the highest level. Plus cyanne pepper to push blood arouns the body. Was tempted to say garlic, but it's up to you!!!! Creative peple can add activated charcoal too and that bentonite clay

Monday is anything green, Tuesday is anything orange, Wednesday is anything yellow, Thursday is anything purple, blue, or red, and Friday is anything brown for example I’ll make a banana and nut smoothie. It taste like a snickers bar. I eat a lot of flax and chia seeds.

I lost 7 pounds in a week. I really didn’t go number 2 more than usual however I did urinate more frequently, of course. I kept myself to one meal a day and I ate whatever I wanted for that one meal. Olive Garden and Texas Roadhouse. The drink gave me good, clean energy. Takes a while to make but worth it!

Today I was planning to make a very similar combination using my juicer: pineapple, orange, lemon, ginger. But now I’ll add cucumbers to it, which I keep on hand because I love and eat them everyday.🤗 Nice to know this helps with weight loss and bellies.
I’d suggest using a juicer instead of blending. It would be faster and easier to make, plus you’ll really be able to extract the juice and oils from the citrus.

I did the pineapple, 2 cucumber, 2 lemon and ginger and did it for a month. I haven't been on scale in 5 yrs, but I def lost belly weight bloat. You def poop day 4 n 5 n 6 ect. But, it's a great thing and reason for the juice. I haven't tried this yet but I will. It's been a couple years since my last juicing month.

Use 100% coconut water instead of regular water. Full of potassium!!
Coconut water has sugar and I think carbs as well. So not good for loosing belly fat. Spring water is good
@Joanna Lynae you're right, coconut milk is a more keto friendly option as long as the carbs per serving are around 8 grams and the milk is high in fat.
