Out of all the people on the station I think Vir handled Morden the best. “I want to look into your cold dead eyes and wave, like this! Can you and your associates arrange that for me Mr. Morden?” Lol.
Steven first was fantastic in that role. He tells the tale of his audition for the role and he really was Vir in that audition. Another one gone before his time.
@@icecold9511, I've often wondered about that. Did Mollari know about Vir's request? If so, how? If not, how did he grant Vir's request exactly, down to the location the head was placed?
@@icecold9511, assuming for the moment that you're right, why did Mollari send Vir to view it alone? Although Morden was a bad guy I think I saw sadness on his face when the Shadows killed Kosh. Even though the Vorlon are the enemies of the Shadows they are still ancients. And Morden practically worships the ancients. So to him killing Kosh was like killing a god. Even if it wasn’t his god.
If you go to Z'ha'dum, you will die. And then they freaking went to Z'ha'dum! Wow. This show was the opposite of "don't go there" and the status quo. They went there, and dragged you along for the ride.
Another fantastic job! I swear watching _Morden_ in his medium close-up opposite _Sheridan_ took on a different air for me this time. What a difference picture quality can make.
I love that his picture in the database changes from smiling to the same intense look he has in the show. Some would say it's just a production error, but I like to think that was intentional.
The fact that Talia saw the Shadows without even trying means that later on in the series, when Morden speaks to a Psi Cop, the Psi Cop has to be aware of the Shadows too...and doesn't care.
"Protecting him from what?" "I haven't decided yet..." LOL that was so messed up. Should have just said "that's confidential." Also, No slap from Talia?
I wish they would do like on the Orville and tweak / edit this scene. Put in a picture Mellisa Gilbert so it matches up to the later episodes. A little computer work and presto continuity. Right now it looks more like Beth Toussaint for some reason.
I hope it will be better when more videos appear. But it's hard to make a compilation in a video for after about 5 minutes they get blocked. But when finished I will make shorter ones.
@@JK-Visions there’s a USENET post where JMS said that once the identity/backstory of the Shadows is revealed, he estimated roughly 20% of his audience would agree with it.

Yeah, I noticed. But he is much better as Mr. Death.

Mr Morden is Creepy.....And the worst thing. ....he doesn't even try.
He has an evil thing about him. Good casting. Only Tarkin looks evenly frightening but then more like a nazi Butcher.
Yes, this was a great episode. "You're playing a very dangerous game, Captain"
He said, with a couple of Shadow bodyguards right next to him.
I loved the way this episode played into the events at the end of season 3.one of those oh! Moments. It also showed how ruthless Sheridan could be .
Aaaahhhhh Mr. Morden!
Just the presence of Kosh told him this is important, but he can't let go of the hope.

John, Anna and Morden, that situation, is one of the most compelling parts of this show to me. I don't know why, exactly.
Maybe because Anna was his real wife at the time:) And they had a tragic relationship too.
I'd do the same thing as Sheridan.
