I love how you're a pro level but very open and honest about things. It's been very insightful in understanding you and what pros go through. Great video blog as always and thanks for taking the time to make such content on competition days. Real bummed for you to get knocked out so soon too but great work none the less!
14:48 LOL that was hilarious. Fantastic editing and comedic timing lmao, with the hype music and the dramatic pause, all leading to the worst clear I've seen in years 😂 And I love how after that you just looked confused and your partner was just laughing xD Great vlog 👍
Better games next year for sure! Good to see Yvonne Li in your vlog, she has a good personality and it was funny when you mentioned the new rankings and her reaction was gold!
nothing to say about the badminton here. the art of living requires a cool objectivity about everything, including ourselves. i especially enjoyed your post-match analyses. no ego. just clear reflection on your own performance without distraction with what others did or didnt do, or what fate or luck had to do with it, which is always nothing. because you always know what's right and not-right for you to do, and it's always a choice nice work, and another great video
Awesome quality of the VLOG, great insight into your games and mind. It is really nice to see not only the "good" rallies, but also hear your explanation on the bad ones and mistakes, so we can learn from it.
Always nice to watch the good rallies, but usually there is no learning from that. In my opinion you have to watch the painful moments and matches where you failed to learn from it and actually become better
Super Reportage, tolle Blicke hinter die Kulissen. Früher gab es solche Dokus in der Sportschau oder zdf Sportreportage. Heute auf youtube und noch näher dran. Danke dafür! CU in Mülheim😉
Great video Tobi! Was very fun to watch you play, and sad to see you down after that really close game in singles, but such is life eh?! I think you played awesome!
@@tobiaswadenka8435 Alright! Unfortunately I can't spend 7 every month. But i will try to join at least temporarily, because it sounds really interesting 😁
Hi Tobias thank you for making such great videos. As a badminton player and an enthusiast, I would like to very much understand a proper training program for upcoming athletes that you can share. Eg: Day 1: On court session , duration, point of focus Evening GYM Day 2 … Etc Appreciate if you can shed some light! Once again thank you so much for your effort and support for all badminton lovers
@@loinguyen.youtube ah ok maybe still a bit far for a photo 🤪 but if you are at the German open one day let me know then we can make it work or i hopefully can also get to Birmingham for one of the next all.england tournaments 😊
It looks like you have switched from the Arcsaber 11 to the 11 pro! Was there any specific reason for this / do you think you can go over your gear in a video sometime?
Thank you! I hope I will have the chance to play a few more international events again in the future and I always loved to play in France, so much enthusiasm for sports in your country, even on lower level tournaments!
I think it depends on the country you live in and the tournaments you wanna play, at least on a national level. For international tournaments you need to apply for a bwf number and with that number you can ask your national federation to enter you for international tournaments
Thanks a lot. I love the versatility of the AS11 and especially the control at the net. I also like the Astrox, especially for the rear court and the attack, but in doubles and in the midcourt or at the net I have a better feeling with the AS11 Pro
Hi Tobias, I love this content. Do you know if there is any elo ranking in badminton in Germany or in Europe similar to the chess ranking reflecting the player's strength? Best Regards
Hey, hast schon mal gegen Luka Wraber gespielt.
Singles round 16, I think you are too hard on yourself for making mistakes & added more self pressure, instead you should stay calm & focus on improving your shots / game
I did not have the level to play the big international tournaments. I mainly competed on European tournaments (future series, series and challenge level)

Yes great person and I hope we will see a lot more from here on the bug stage as she is still pretty young 💪
Wow such a humble humanbeing, seems like a super Nice player and generally good guy.

Yes I did and I will try to make a video about it =)
Tobias please make a complete video for tournament practice routine
You mean a routine for the last training or a whole week prior to a tournament?

Can you make a video about how we can get registered for national and international tournament

12:35 ein bisschen sonnenschein im hintergrund?
Hi Tobias, I see that you use Arcsaber 11 and 11 pro. Are they in 3u or 4u?
I enjoy your video, too bad you could not go further. I am wondering what makes you choose Arcsaber 11 Pro instead of one of Astrox rackets?
Thanks a lot. I love the versatility of the AS11 and especially the control at the net. I also like the Astrox, especially for the rear court and the attack, but in doubles and in the midcourt or at the net I have a better feeling with the AS11 Pro
Hi Tobias, I love this content. Do you know if there is any elo ranking in badminton in Germany or in Europe similar to the chess ranking reflecting the player's strength? Best Regards
Hi, yes there actually is someone who created a elo website for badminton in germany, you can find it here: www.badminton-elo.de/
12:01 If Manuel Neuer played Badminton
The shuttles seems slow. Deep clears looks almost like a high smash. What shuttle speed is used,,whats the temperature in the hall?
Yes always pretty slow conditions there. We used Yonex AS50 (2), temperature was normal

Yes disappointing but there will be more chances in the future
the only reason you have viewers is that you're european that can play badminton
I bet most of your viewers from asian countries
Yes many viewers are from Asia but I hope more and more people in Europe will learn how great badminton is 😉
