Our lifetime of TOOL RANKINGS : torquetestchannel.etsy.com This month Craftman and their RP V20 line introduce the CMCF940, their first brushless high torque impact wrench. It's made by the same folks who put out the DeWalt DCF899 many years ago, and shares a lot of dimensional similarity with the model. But as we test the tools and dive into each, we find there's more here than meets the eye and it may be a bit of a sleeper at its core.
As always, Torque who started this channel is working in product development for Astro Tools who also make (air) impact wrenches. TTC is not the only testing out there, always consider multiple sources! - Авто та транспорт
I'm not sure if it would work well, but a video on general disassembly of cordless impacts, how to clean, regrease, what kind of grease to use, things to watch for, etc, would be extremely helpful. This is one of the few channels I would fully trust on the subject.
Great idea for a video
No reason to disassemble, just "accidentally" drop your impact into your oil collection bin! All kidding aside I assumed my 10 year old Dewalt hammer drill needed a new trigger switch OR a new motor, but for one last go I sprayed CRC electric contact cleaner into the trigger switch mechanism (without disassembling anything nor removing any screws) and that solved the problem entirely. I was having issues not achieving 100% throttle rather than having an issue with the switch not working at all. Occasionally the drill would "ramp up" to full throttle even when squeezing fully but it was very intermittent and most times it seemed to be stuck with a maximum throttle less than full throttle.
I think maybe that's something AvE would be better at.
@@Guillotines_For_Globalists the contacts in the trigger get dirty or worn, or both. I used some brake cleaner and some compressed air on my Milwaukee mid torque and it solved the trigger issue i was having. I ended up taking it apart anyway because i was curious and manually cleaned them and it still works great.
@@SammyM00782 I disagree. By the amount of people who like and think this is a good idea, if TTC want to they should.
Sweet! Nothing better on a Saturday morning! This is to me what cartoons are for kids
That's good lol
Eating a bowl of chocolate frosted sugar bombs while watching TV would be better than anything! Well, almost anything.

And it continues on Sunday with:

Ditto this!
As a "retired" ASE mechanic I appreciate videos like this to make informed decisions on cheaper personal tools to acquire for light-duty work around the house along with odd jobs at my current job.
exactly why i watch it. 😄
Wdym I buy Dewalt tools and use them every day in the shop. Air tools are old news.
@@markm0000 do you have the new dewalt dcf900? That thing is a monster. But to be honest I probably would rarely use it, believe it or not my tiny little dcf923 atomic is strong enough to take off lugs, caliper bolts, shock bolts and so on. That little thing is incredible
@@markm0000 I keep trying to think of an excuse to replace my paid-for-years-ago air tools with battery tools and so far just can't justify it for the amount of work I do these days (rotate tires a few times a year, etc..), but battery tools sure would be nice!
@@8180634 , I have battery tools, but I also have various air tools. I can't justify the cost of going "all" battery tools & replacement batteries, knowing that I have a good functioning air compressor to work with.
Seems like Craftsman is honestly a pretty good platform to buy since you’re getting older Dewalt models with improvements made. Not bad at all
You have to be careful with that recommendation. In past years multiple manufacturers had license to make power tools under the Craftsman brand. No, they are not interchangeable. These rebranded Dewalt look good, but there needs to be a bit of research before purchase.
@@randomusermaximuss Was that before Stanley bought the Craftsman name? Seems to me that with Stanley owning them not they wouldn’t want other brands making Craftsman tools.
I think Craftsman had SBD make their power tools for a while before they bought the craftsman brand. At the end, all craftsman was was a brand name.
@@2down4up correct.
Craftsman IS good stuff.
Nice seeing Craftsman not just getting junk. I've got a craftsman V60 string trimmer that I've been pretty pleased with that I got on clearance for 80 bucks.
The 20v trimmer is good too
Because Stanley B&D (the parent company) discontinued Pörter-Kable, refashioned it in new plastics and started calling it Craftsman, replacing the previous Crapsman. PC has never been worse than higher-mid range despite the old name being absolutely premium
@@Surmoka
I have an old poster cable circular saw and hammer drill.
They are beasts
@@Surmoka Sorry to burst your bubble but you are wrong. How is Porter Cable introducing new tools if they are discontinued? They are not
@@ns_racing is Porter Cable introducing new tools? Where?
I figured that since the hammers are interchangeable, you would test the DeWalt with the Craftsman hammer assembly and see what the difference is. Then we could see the contribution of the hammer versus the motor speed.
Interesting idea ☺️💡🤔🤓🧐
I was waiting for this as well.
I'm sure you guys hear it a lot but I love your channel. No fluff or bs. You're to the point and full of information. Thanks
The wire gauge itself is enough to tell me that the Craftsman was going to put up higher numbers than the DeWalt. SBD likely knew this as well. I love these videos.
More pixies
@@wobblysauce That's how we like it 👍
I've been enjoying the new High Torque from Craftsman. The trigger delay is definitely a little odd, but it performs really well in my forklift mechanic field.
My Milwaukee has a trigger delay oh wait…
The DeLay has gotta be really annoying. I dunno if I could live with it for too long
@@georgef1176 my Milwaukee has a delay as well
@kchilz32 my grandpas old dewalt set has a slight delay on the drill and impact, but they are close to 7 years old, so I don't know if it's fixed or not. Haven't bought any power tools till now
@@georgef1176 cool story man.
That new dcf900 with the 9ah pack will flip your arms around like a pretzel, snap the bolt off , break the socket and change the earths rotation .....
Got one as soon as i seen the video ttc did on here a couple months ago.
All kiddin aside , it will wear out 1/2in sockets on the drive end quick! Its really exceeding what a 1/2in drive can do. Beating even the dewalt and Milwaukee 3/4in impacts.
Thank you for listening to, and appeasing us! It looks like ill be buying my 11th or 12th V20 tool. I love mine. I haven’t had a single issue out of any tool or battery, even the ones I use and abuse daily.
I have all the craftsman impacts which I love. Their battery casings are very weak. All 5 of my batteries are cracked and held together with CA glue. No glass fiber reinforcement and bad case design. Other than that, no complaints. Glad they have a high torque. Keep up the sweet content
A surprising amount of brands use proper nylon on the tools then use ABS or ABS+Poloycarbonate on the batteries themselves. And yet what's the most expensive component? Buying batteries. It's silly
@@TorqueTestChannel I'm sure it's by design. Engineered failure and planned obsolescence, and all that.
@@TorqueTestChannel Not silly. Greedy. It puts more money in their pocket since people are frequently reluctant to switch battery platforms. They will buy more of the same before buying different brand tools + batteries.
That's the main reason I switched from dewalt to Milwaukee. Dewalts tools are great, but you drop the batteries once and the case shatters. Milwaukees batteries hold up better in a shop environment.
@@bigkenny93 Milwaukee are really the only tools I've had issues with, one of those being battery cases. Split one open extremely easy, but warranty saved the day.
Thanks for the honest review. Watching from Australia with less choice available. Cross branding is similar here where the largest hardware outlet has exclusive deals like Ryobi but selling Einhell gear under the Ozito home brand.
I got a craftsman 7 or 8 tool kit last year for $300 delivered. Drill, impact, grinder, sawzall, multitool, circular saw, and light. It's V20 and brushed. It's treated me very well. That price is like a sore peter. You just can't beat it.
But its not the brushless set
Not brushless but really good deal nevertheless
I have the ridgid line but sure do like your and project farms channels. Thanks for your work,
Nice to see Craftsman making a comeback as a quality brand.
Very deeply invested in the craftsman v20 line including their versastack system. My impact, blower and my circular saw easily keep up with DeWalt and Makita (which is what my co workers have) they often pick up my tools. TOO OFTEN.
I have the Dewalt 899 - it looks pretty much same as the Craftsman to me. I have hammered that Dewalt for years - the anvil is hanging loose but it still works day in & day out - I bought it well, well used btw - it was clapped out when I got it, but it still knocks stuff loose daily. I'd take that Craftsman no problem - bet it's a good tool.
wow! great comparison. I started to use Craftsman tools after many of my Harbor F. tools were too bit up and falling apart. the Craftsman RP series are great!
It would be nice if you try it with the 6ah and 9ah, I feel a difference on my brushless circ saw, recip saw, string trimmer and 1/2in mid torque impact, I would like to see the result.
You really do a nice job, thanks for sharing your knowledge
On the board they switch the electrolytics to solid-state caps.
Although what usually blows up on power tools are the MOSFETs.
Solid state caps last longer. Generally about 10 years or longer depending on the model of the cap. I see this as an bonus as it seems the electronics is sealed up on a board there, which isn't good for repair-ability, it will at least allow the tool to last longer before the part gives out.
I’m pretty happy so far with my craftsman v20 line. I’m big on value and only a hobbyist with my tools, so they’ve been perfect for what I need.
I've been watching Gamers Nexus for years, so I really appreciate all the snark and charts in a good product review/test. 😂
Impressive for the new Craftsman line
It's smart to makeovers similar across the SB&B line, when you send in tools for repairs. They can fix a lot of tools with similar parts
Thanks for the great video. Everything I have is Dewalt except the for knock off batteries. I just went to Lowes and purchased the craftsman.
Another great video. I work on cars on the side. This impact has plenty of power for most people and good to see craftsman putting up better stuff. Even if it's more comparable to an older model of a better brand, does it really matter? They can do well with the cheaper prices.
One big thing for me isn't just the impact wrench, but the other tools in the lineup. For example right angle impacts are cool along with ratchets. I'd love to see craftsman have a lineup with those that are just a cheaper version of milwaukee. In terms of the right angle impact, I think the only options are kobalt/milwaukee.
It will be cheaper SBD stuff cause that's who owns them
I would love to see what the unit to unit variance of these tools are, especially from some budget brands like Ryobi compared to premium brands. How likely is it that there is a +or- 10% variance between units?
Thx! Interesting vid..keep the tool companies honest and show us where the hidden “gems” of tools are!
Seen the craftsmans hight torque at lowes the other night and was pretty impressed with the looks and price and feel in your hand but was still weary bc of the craftsman name getting kinda tarnished lately but with this test the craftsman is definitely a win in my book and would make a great homeowner/diy impact and maybe even a professional impact depending on how long and how well it'd hold up to drops and oils and stuff
The stamps on the hammer are likely position numbers for a line producing multiples at once. You see similar position numbers on injection molded parts that are molded several at a time in case one mold position is damaged, clogged, or needs to be machined. You also see location numbers for labels printed on a giant sheet… like sealing labels for single serving tubs of barbecue sauce.
That’s just awesome. If they’d follow suit with the other craftsman tools, they wouldn’t be a Ryobi competitor, they’d be a Ridgid competitor. Still though, good on S/BD for giving the guy in his driveway a chance at breaking crank bolts and pressing ball joints.
I have the original brused V20 impact and the mid-torque brushless; I will definitely be buying this version soon.
I've enjoyed all my v20 tools as a DIY'er and couldnt be happier, as well as the 80 bones a tool I get to put back in my pocket. Thank you sir. And when will we see a 21700 based v20 battery or a v20 Powerstack from Stanley? probably never, right but could be something they are working on. the battery density could use some upgrading. I do love the 4.0ah batteries. I seem to grab them usually.
Just grab yourself a cheap adapter from Amazon and a 21700 battery.
I’m on the dewalt platform but needed a portable soldering iron and craftsman has it.
Awesome video as always! Best tool channel running on here!
Would really love to see that new dcf900 tested with the 9ah fv pack.
We need to be careful planning where we're pointing it for that, don't want to permanently alter the globe's rotational speed
@@TorqueTestChannel lol oh man . Just gotta warn everyone in advance to prepare and brace themselves !
@@TorqueTestChannel I would really love to see the craftsman 6ah and 9ah battery with this tool on the dyno.
@ttc would 2nd the recommendation of using the 9ah FV packs in the DCF900 & even the 891
@@ckcuev I’d like to see this tool with dewalt’s 21700 cell packs and vice versa.
The craftsman design language for their power tools is so good looking.
I currently have Ryobi tools; I may get some Craftsman tools in the future if this trend continues. Great work!
Appreciate the info. My favorite channel by far.
I just bought the Craftsman for $179 at Lowes with battery/charger/bag (02/08/24). It worked awesome and is a beast. Very happy.
The craftsman is at a great price point right now. You get the impact, a 4ah battery and charger for $229. Not a bad price for a decent brushless mid torque.
My Lowe’s had it on sale for 179$ and I bought it
179 amazon
What I’ve been saying for a long time, Craftsman is the best value of just about all the tools. Not a milwalki, but for the price hard to beat unless you just really need that extra. I have most of craftsmanship V20 tools and have been very happy with them.
It will be interesting to see how the Craftsman hold up over time.
Sucks you can't seem to buy it bare tool. I already have 4x1.5ah, 4x2ah, and 3x4ah batteries and 3 chargers. I really don't need another battery. Just want the impact. They sell the CMCF920 bare tool but that's only 275tq.
Glad to see Craftsman trying to live up to its old name again. Love the bigger wires.
Love the channel! Would love to know what torque wrench you used during this.
Having watched the video now, I like where SBD took this tool. 1) It offers up a “High Torque” for the Craftsman brand, and 2) Sitting it between the 899 and 900 appeases both Team Red and Yellow. Red feels they didn’t get absolute junk, and Yellow gets to bask in the glow of superiority of having the most powerful impact wrench.
Not very pleased if forking out couple hundred bucks for something near junk.
@@reccocon3442 not one single DeWalt clone has failed me yet. All the PC clones are the ones to avoid. The only bad thing about the High Torque is it doesn’t have a bare tool option.
Can't wait for that craftsman to come as a bare tool. Good work as always you guys!
Is this available in non-RP? I’ve noticed that Amazon still sells a lot of the old brushless tools that still have the same design and specs but were replaced by RP.
@@MoneyManHolmes It's a new tool, so never existed in non RP
This was a great video. Favorite channel on UA-cam. Love SBD
Excellent presentation, thank you!
Cool! I hope they clone the Craftsman over to the Porter cable line at Tractor supply like they did the 'new' PC mid torque impact so I can buy more.
Cool, as one has learned to expect from your channel, but one minor correction...
ft.lbs is a unit of WORK DONE, the correct term FOR TORQUE is lbs.ft - they are DIFFERENT things.
The mix'n'match options may be useful for custom builds, or when picking up "broken" tools and making good.
Can you review the Porter Cable high torque PCCF940M1 I'd like to see how it compares to the Craftsman and Dewalt equivalent.
I always find these 'rebadged-but-not-really' deals interesting. Getting more out of previously sunk development costs, but making some investment in small changes, maybe cutting manufacturing costs somewhere, meeting a different price point, etc.
Feel exactly tge same on all those points!
I agree as well. They do it in cars too. When the new flagship models arrive. The trickle down to the lower trimmed models save money. All you need to do is refresh the cosmetics. Like how the newest Nissan Altima always takes cues from last years Maxima. It’s a shame Craftsman doesn’t shift their brushed drills and impacts to DeWalt’s from PC. At least then you could rebuild them.
I’ve seen the Bosch with its stacked battery gain a great deal on your recent test. Love to return to the Flex to see if their new stacked lithium is a difference maker.
The CMC F940 is a beast....
The only problem I have is getting the sockets on and off the gun.
I hate the round cog rings and wish they had the ball type socket release.
Is the T2 and T3 stamp the aging? When I worked at an aluminum extruder, common agings were T2, 3, 4, 5, 6, O temp, F temp.
I got excited when the picture showed a dewalt battery on the craftsman impact. I was click baited. But still a great video. Great price for a someone who just needs an impact for occasional use.
Kinda wanna see what numbers the Mac BWP152 would put out with the 9ah flex volt on your guy’s rig. Mine seems to benefit a great deal with those larger batteries
I would love to see this test redone with the 5amh battery. I do own both the 4, 5, 6 and 9 and I can tell you I feel a difference from the 4-5 and the 5-6
Need to try 5 ah 6 ah and 9ah. Batteries the 9 ah makes saw and miter run so much better and can tell a huge difference in power on miter with 6ah and 9 ah but the 5 ah sounds like my blower works best with it but 5 ah is hard to get other than the mower that comes with two
Increasing the wire gauge from the battery could reduce the voltage drop. This would explain the Craftsman overtaking the 899 as the load increases.
Anybody know where to buy the rubber protective boot for the Dewalt and for the battery?
My DCF899 will do me fine for now I did a BMW diesel crank pulley bolt on Rover on Friday using an IR weighted socket it just spun off in less than 2 seconds. So fast I thought I was using the wrong sized socket.
Can you compare the 3/8 Cratsman to the Dewalt? I bought the 3/8 Craftsman after watching your video a few months ago. It's been great for all of my DIY jobs. Thanks.
I would like to see some tests on cordless tools from Wurth, Fein and Bahco. Would be nice to see how these brands match up with the rest 🙂
Specs are specs that is the best thing you said. If it’s something dangerous specs wise it should be disclosed and a spec that is extra safe should be included too for protection measures and that would be explained hopefully
My old 899 is sitting in retirement after 5 or so years of hard work. I keep it as a backup for my Milwaukee because it's been such a good gun. Sad to see it's seen it's day as a top contender but it had a good run.
My 899 is still going everyday shop use 4 1/2 years, recently replaced battery. It does 99% of everything, that last 1% I bring out the Ingersoll Rand 2235 I keep in the bottom drawer
@@fakenamejones4254 If the performance of the 899 is plenty for you (as most people), you don't need the new dcf900, you need the dcf891. Similar power but much lighter and smaller.
It feels like I'm going to have to send my 9Ah Craftsman in ... I need to see the differences myself. You can definitely feel the difference in my CMFC920B when I switch from 4ah to 9ah... Another exciting video.
Im willing to send in mine too. You can tell a pretty decent difference in any of my V20 tools, with 9ah vs 4ah, even the tire inflator, and portable shop vac.
What’s happening here from a tool build perspective is the Craftsman has a few slightly lower grade/lower MTBF parts but is 95% identical. That way Stanley/B&D can spend R&D making one tool and make minute changes for different brands for much less than the cost difference they sell each brand’s tool for. Meanwhile Craftsman buyers can say they get the same tool for less, and Stanley/B&D can make money+ on DeWalt buyers. I think the main difference between the two brand’s few unique parts is going to be the DeWalt will last longer and have more consistent power delivery/battery life, whereas the Craftsman will be more apt to shine bright up front and fade over time.
Just incredible I really do like the new craftsman line up red dewalts I suppose
I would be interested in seeing if the craftsman could possibly make more power with a 6.0 or 9.0 battery
I'm curious about that too
I think it would, the flex volt batteries have a different mount than the standard 6amp hr
The 6.0 battery really wakes up the Craftsman tools. I would love to see a comparison to the 4.0.
@@MoneyManHolmes I know my mid torque definitely makes more with a 9.0 than a 4.0 but I wanna see just how much compared to a 4 or 6 amp. I wasn’t able to remove some lug nuts with a 4.0 that I previously put on with a 9.0.
@@MoneyManHolmes the 9.0 really wakes it up. And on any v20 tool. Even on the V20 tire inflator, and portable shop vac, you can tell there’s pretty decent difference.
Off topic, but I saw on AutoTechMike’s channel he has a Skil “auto hammer” would be curious to see how it stacks up against air hammers.
I for real stand by craftsmans tools. I used Dewalt XR tools when I was a contractor in Seattle area in the late 2010s. Now craftsman has the same model on the cheap! People are sleeping man
How much more torque could be made by using a shallow socket insted of deep ?
Thanks brother for sharing 🗡️Low budget, but needed, so bought a Walmart mustool. Seems like built for a woman 🤓 I'll get a better cordless, but did find a new corded craftsman in box $38 box says 450 ftlbs I'll pick it up tomorrow and try it.
Now you gotta test the brushless porter cable mid torque at tractor supply to complete the SBD trifecta!
Interesting information, thanks. 👍
You guys ever test the Brushed Craftsman 1/2? Model CMCF900
I wonder if there are any tests planned on the battery adapters you can buy from AliExpress. Makita batteries on Milwaukee tools for example.
You sir are a bad ass!!!!!!! Love this channel!!! THANKS
Because of this channel I have bought both the 891 and 900 and am blown away by them! Quick question. Has the anvil on the 900 ever got sort of locked up and the gun would impact while just pulling the trigger with no socket on it? Very weird occurance but happened to me first time using it.
Thats a sign of a tight or non lubed anvil bushing or the motor being clocked wierd and needed to be aligned like seated fully
I thought I'm the only one that have this problem but mines is from my DCF923B, I already return 2 and I'm on my third one lol,
@@TorqueTestChannel I took the nose cone off and the anvil was super tight like wouldn't spin inside the bushing by itself, no gears attached until I used pliers to free it. Would polishing the anvil help at all or is it chalked and should exchange it? Thanks for the reply though I super appreciate it!
I had the same issue with an impact driver on first use. It even let out some smoke. I immediately thought I would have to return it dead but after it cooled I tried it out the next day and it's been running strong since. That was about 10 years ago. I use it weekly and sometimes for weeks on end
@@jbatterden no it was impacting like I was trying to remove a bolt tightened at 1000 ft/lbs then it froze made some weird electronic noises then went back to normal. Been fine since
Dewalt has the best battery line, the best impacts including the 900 which is strongest impact on the market. They are really killing the game for now, that will probably change eventually but if I was just starting to invest in a tool line currently I would get dewalt hands down
I fully agree, Eric. DeWalt for the win.
Can I ask why dewalt beats milwaukee for batteries?
@@ianjay4596 60v
@@ianjay4596 the flexvolt batteries are really clever. Where other brands divorce battery lines,
Makita 40v, Ryobi 40v, mx-fuel big black batteries.
DeWalt made the higher performance battery tie into the old platform, making it more versatile.
But if you leave the red cap off for like a year they drain themselves.
@@MrClassifide Clever but heavy and run down quicker than they should in any of my 20V tools. They definitely wake the grinder up but if I didn't have two I'd be using my corded grinder(s).

Love honest reviews
On ebay there is an adapter for kobalt 24v battery to dewalt 20v and milwaukee 18v what would have if you overvolt the tool?
I've only compared the Dewalt to the Milwaukee on an 8x8 military truck that has 10 lugs per wheel all torqued to 600 foot pounds. The Milwaukee came out on top by doing the job faster and the Dewalt burnt out. I will probably get the Hercules ultra and test that when I can
Hey I'd like to see the 9 ah battery on that craftsmen because everything I got of craftsmen the 9ah without 21700 cells seems to give a good boost to any tool it goes on and was wondering if we can get the numbers up
Does anybody know does dewalt make the dcf 900 in a 3/4 drive? What the number would be?
Great channel. No b.s. just good solid tests. Subbed.
I'd be interested in seeing another new c4aftsman compared to that one. It's interesting that cm is better than Dewalt here but I feel, tool age could be a factor and I'm wondering if qc is consistent on cm.. ive had large variance in cm tools in the past, I use their sockets in places where socket drop is very likely, or as around house sockets
I want to see this craftsman high torque tested with the 6ah battery. From my testing it seemed to make a pretty good difference
Will you Try the new Hercules cordless impact wrench torque test I really want to see how it does!!!
Hey man, I think the impact drivers should really be tested in different temperatures, for example, Milwaukee batteries will charge in colder temperatures than what dewault will, if I use a dewault in my frame of work(lots of 1/2 high torque work) the dewault will fall on its face for usability beside my Milwaukee. So when looking at a page for reviews I might find that I buy into a brand just to find out it doesn’t work when it’s cold, and I think for that reason it should always be a factor in the reviews. Or at least one big cold weather review
Yeah, really glad I got that DCF900.
I'm so jelly!
Same here! Been beating on it for about a month. It absolutely kills everything els in the shop up to the Milwaukee 1in drive extended anvil w/12ah pack. It may not beat it in reverse but anything that big 1in m18 hammers on the dewalt will rip off. And any of the impacts smaller than the 1in m18 it beats in forward an reverse.
Id really like to see ttc test it out with the 9ah pack. I really think its a better battery than the 15ah due to the cells and discharge rates. And well its not 187lbs lol
This channel is great, I love the content! Do you think some of the slight differences internally (electronics, connections, etc.) would affect other aspects of the tool like longevity, reliability under heavy use, drops, water etc? While corporate greed is undeniable, I’m just wondering if there’s any other justifiable reason for the price hike other than the name.
I love the longevity and the slight differences internally for the price. I'm just wondering if this channel is great and think some of the heavy? use? water corporate greeed
Can you show a video switching over the craftsman hammer into the DeWalt to see if it gains
I don't know if you have addressed this but do impacts vary as much as cars?
For example 5 factory fresh 350 crate engines might vary 1-5% in power output. Nominal being a thing.
Great information
It seems to be leaps and bounds above the old brushed Craftsman V20 CMCF900 (350 ft lbs). Having both, the Craftsman is a real dog compared to my Mac Tools 899 clone, so maybe upgrading the truck gun (craftsman) makes more sense than upgrading the shop gun (Mac/DeWalt) in this instance (having lots of both batteries). I do have a 9ah Craftsman to try it with (good luck buying a 9ah DeWalt new for what you can get the 9ah Craftsman on eBay for). :D
makes me wonder if they have maximized the weight of the anvil. Could you somehow add weight?
Wonder how hard it would be to modify it to accept dewalt batteries
We all use dewalt at our shop, for the convenience of there always being a battery and charger around when you need it
Or an adaptor ?
I’m just curious if you plan on reviewing the flex with its new stacked lithium battery claiming 200% more power
