  • After noticing some excessive exhaust smoke coming from the RH exhaust I thought I'd better replace the crank seal while the motor was out.

    Clutches,,chains,,sprockets,,fork seals,,and don't forget the license plate that always broke in half from vibration,,,boy I miss my 72 H2

    I liked the little trick with the screws to get the crank seal out

    Did this correct your smoking problem? I have replaced the thin O ring on the crankshaft just behind the primary drive gear past the woodruff key to fix this issue in the past.

      I sold this bike immediately after rebuild so it never burnt off excess oil...BUT i have done others where you saw nearly an immediate fix

    Great video, BUT get rid of the crap noise ( music )
