Nastia was very nervous, her father has prepared her for this medal all her life. And she felt compelled to do like him who was champion by the Soviet Union. She must have felt really bad, because for her the gold medal at the uneven bars would be her way of honoring her father. This tiebreaker rule was ridiculous and unfair, both deserved the gold medal.Neither of them did their best routines, they were very overscored, in fact neither deserved the gold looking today, as it was a tie, at least they should share the podium.
I agree. Even though she wanted the AA gold and I'm sure she cherishes it to this day, the UB gold was the one she sought to honor her father and share a history with him forever. To me, she always seemed to be in the shadows. Never seeking anything from anyone, like all the others did and still do. She's a true winner.
I agree with Yang YiLin being over scored. I remember her getting a 16.6 in the team final. As for He Kexin I don’t see how she was overscored. Can you explain?
Definitely I would go for the 2012 London Olympic men's badminton final between Malaysia's Lee Chong Wei and his nemesis and friend China's Lin Dan to decide the gold medal at Birmingham. It was a match that had everything and it went to the wire in the deciding set with both shuttlers displaying vintage badminton at its best and little separates the two until the last two points. It was a repeat of their World Championship final clash at the same venue where Lin Dan prevailed over Chong Wei by just two points in the rubber set. The same happened in the Olympic final with again Lin Dan winning the gold by just two points. It was badminton in its finest flower with both battling it all out and giving nothing away until the last two points.Kudos to both for producing vintage badminton.
dude, did you see her dismount? no offense, she is exceptionally talented, however, I did gymnastics back in the day, and that dismount off the bars during her turn after the Chinese gymnast at the beginning was not as graceful as it should've been, her legs were apart and she wasn't fully tucked in. It was a messy dismount despite her excellent routine otherwise. That definitely doxxed her some points, similar to the Ukranian gymnasts in the shimmery blue who messed up her bars routine at the beginning right after Nastia.
@@pomegranatehoneydews okay but dude, did you see her score? She got the exact same d score and e score as she Kexin, and they gave Nastia second place for no reason. It’s bullshit and Nastia should’ve gotten a gold medal.

I feel sorry for Dariya Zgoba, Uneven Bar, by how badly she takes it that she didn't do so perfect/excellent with crying. Nicely supporting Nastia, her dad, Dariya, are to Steliana Nistor. I’ve honestly never seen a tkatchev straight to blind full oh wow!!!
only one who was robbed was Yang Yilin, most consistent bar worker of the entire olympics. also Nastia's form on the dismount was bad
also lack of height in flight, bad high to low transition tempo.
@@kaixiangyuan5527 her pak salto gives me anxiety everytime I watch it... very overrated gymnast overall but that's my opinion
the chinese themselves said they were threatened by nastia
@@chunkylover7005 because of her start value. her execution was nowhere near theirs imo
@@joychuasihan12 Nastia had her flaws, but let’s not act like those missed handstands and labored Kips from the Chinese weren’t an eye-sore.
What happened to the camera guy at 36:34 ? Did he back up into someone else? It got really shaky at that time lol
He tripped
Thanks very much! Please, upload rythmic Gymnastics Groups All-Around Final 2008
Yang Yilin was better than her and kexin
To be fair she had some messy releases in there.
I agree. Even though she wanted the AA gold and I'm sure she cherishes it to this day, the UB gold was the one she sought to honor her father and share a history with him forever. To me, she always seemed to be in the shadows. Never seeking anything from anyone, like all the others did and still do. She's a true winner.
@@lucasjgo Agreed, and Tweddle was better than all 3 and robbed of the gold.
Yang Yilin best all of the them
I feel so bad for Yang Yilin - she had such clean exectuion!
she deserved higher than nastia but not he
He Kexin 🥇🥇🥇👏👏👏👏
The best UB olympic final ever!
2012 was better
3:27 it's raining chalk
Hallelujah it’s raining chalk, amen
41:10 gold medalist
I think Beth Tweddle had the most exciting routine after He Kexin, I'm sorry she didn't medal in Beijing
Да, чувствуется, что Настя русская, в Америки не было и возможно не будет такой элегантной, фактурной и красивой гимнастки, генетика чувствуется
True
Those chinese girls were just simple awesome😍😍😍😍
35:50 Victory Ceremony For Women's Uneven Bars Final
🥇🇨🇳 🥈🇺🇸 🥉🇨🇳
Yang Yilin was underscored by a LOT and He was overscored. Nastia's was fine
I agree with Yang YiLin being over scored. I remember her getting a 16.6 in the team final. As for He Kexin I don’t see how she was overscored. Can you explain?
@@gwen5949 her execution should have been a few tenths lower because of handstand positions. But that's just an opinion though
@@p.m.of4299 yes but not as much as He Kexin
Wait this as nothing to do with Artistic Gymnastics lol ^^
Nastia deserved a gold medal!
I don't think she deserved any medal tbh, she was way overscored. Her routine was boring.
dude, did you see her dismount? no offense, she is exceptionally talented, however, I did gymnastics back in the day, and that dismount off the bars during her turn after the Chinese gymnast at the beginning was not as graceful as it should've been, her legs were apart and she wasn't fully tucked in.
He Kexin queen of uneven bars
In London she wasn't!! Aliya stole it from her, haha!!
def not
Why did Nastia get the silver when she tied for first?
Steliana Nistor ❤️
the one from america is just glorious! beautiful girl.
Proud even in 2024 of my romanian team ❤.
1st Yang Yilin
2nd He Kexin
3rd Beth Tweddle
4th Nastia Liukin
5th Anastasia Koval
6th Ksenia Semenova
7th Daria Zgoba
8th Steliana Nistor
Nastia Liukin, from the USA, is the main reason I'm watching. Her Uneven Bars looks perfectly beautiful well done, from how victorious she is. I feel sorry for Dariya Zgoba, Uneven Bar, by how badly she takes it that she didn't do so perfect/excellent with crying. Nicely supporting Nastia, her dad, Dariya, are to Steliana Nistor. So lovely Kesenia Semenova Uneven Bar routine was. Nastia should be in won gold instead of silver.
I like Semenova's routine...very aggressive and she gets a full circle out of a release skill. Nastia has a grear Jaeger and stylish turns i combination, He Kexin's is really cool...but my favorite was Yilin. Her piked jaeger is beautiful and really pretty.
Will we ever see Men's gymnastics finals too? Don't get me wrong, I prefer Women's generally, but it would be interesting to see full finals for the Men too.
Please upload the 2016 rhythmic gymnastics qualifications!!!
1.) yang yilin & Nastia
2.) he Kevin
For my opinion
Yilin and nastia stuck that day which was a first since in AA & team final they had steps on there dismounts
The results should have been:
Gold- Tweddle
Silver- Yilin
Bronze- Kexin
4th- Nastia
Nastia was amazing.
楊依琳雙腳合得太到位了,規格超高,腿又長❤
11:47 😱😱😱 I’m just wordless. It looks so strong and beautiful.
