Is the motor and regulator all 1 piece or separate pieces? I was told the motor was bad.

Get you some Gojo hand wipes. They come in handy in situations like that.

I think my window isn't on right beacuse it rolls up and down but sometimes it's slow to go up beacuse it seems to get stuck
grease the rails. thats the most common reason why they slow when going up.
