Nissan Maxima window motor regulator and switch replacement

Window not rolling down? 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 Nissan Maxima are the same as shown in the video. Other model years should be similar. In my case the switch was good, the regulator was good, but the window motor was bad. Once replaced all is working great. I also show a workaround since you can't get the window down when it's broken.

Thanks for showing those electrical connectors close-up! I'm working on a different project, replacing the outside mirror, and have to unhook those to take off the door panel. I worked on it last night for 25 minutes before I got them loose. Arrrgghhhh.
