      I have done surgery of ligament acl.bulky tissue clean knee but after 4 month same voice is coming tak tak dr saying go for again surgery.i don't want to.tak tak awaz ati hain shayed muscle attract hota hai kidr weak

    We tackled assembling the bike as a family project. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxzg0clhbtRf2gGxPkVETFKJJKGqdsorQu The package is heavy, but I have 2 teen boys that were able to move it. The written instructions were great- we didn't need to watch the videos, but it was good knowing that the option was there if we needed it. After we were able to get it set up, the boys each rode 3 miles and I rode 8 and the bike stayed quiet. The display is easy to reset, and you can put it on whichever setting you are using (time, distance, calories, etc). I will say that my butt is a little sore from the seat, but that could be because I haven't rode in a while. While it is comfortable for me, it was not comfortable with the seat position for my friend (could not move the seat back far enough and he slightly looked like a kid riding a tricycle that he had outgrown). He also said that the seat hurt his manly parts. We are going to look for a different seat that will be compatible with this bike for him.I did purchase the Wahoo Cadence sensor and strapped it to the crank of one of the pedals. This will sync with my Apple Watch, iPhone and will import data in to my Health app. Wahoo does have other sensors available other than cadence. I can also keep either my phone or my iPad on the display and they both feel pretty secure.

    Thank u for this information Sir. My ortho doc instead of walking asked me to cycle...i bought a static cycle, started cycling but within a week, my knee pain got severe. Later i had to take physiotherapy for a month to decrease the pain.
    Now I knew why I didn't enjoy cycling and that ortho doc was wrong.

    आपने बहुत ही अच्छा समझाया, जैसा कि आप अपने हर वीडियो में हर टॉपिक को समझाते है, अब मेरा cartilage का प्रॉब्लम है, तो साइकिल एक्सरसाइज मेरे लिए best है, walk को मुझे avoid करना है....मुझे तो walk करने से ही डर लगने लगा है, चलता हूं तो मन में रहता है cartilage damage हो रही होगी..यह तो बड़ी टेंशन भरी बात है.. मैं सारी जिंदगी बैठा रहूं, ये भी नहीं हो सकता, weight भी नहीं बड़ने देना है, क्या करूं क्या न करूं समझ नही आता..मेडिकल science एक कार्टिलेज नही बना पा रही...सारा शरीर दवाई से ठीक हो सकता है कार्टिलेज नही, बड़ी अजीब सी बात है...भगवान ने cartilage की quality इतनी घटिया बनाई है, जो इंसान की उमर से पहले घिस जाती है, विश्वास नहीं होता, अब जब तक इंसान है, चलेगा तो है ही ।

    I appreciate all the advice and information shared in this video. Joint pain is very disturbing when you face difficulty in even walking. My mother had joint pain since a long time. She generally ate healthy food. She had immense pain in her knees. She had V-1 Medicine and now she is perfectly fine with their products.
    Now she feel very much comfortable and I am glad that she took V-1 for my joint pain problems.

    Doctor sahab, mere father ki age 79 years hai. Unko back pain bohat jaada hai. After every one hour wo thodi der ke liye rest karte hai bed pe lie down kar ke. Wo pehle se thoda jaada jhuk bhi gaye hai, bend hoke chalte hai..
    Aapse request hai for God sake please koi aapka best video ka link bata dijiye ya fir kuch solution bata dijiye.
    Wo exercise bhi daily morning mei karte hai & acchi diet bhi lete hai.

    Operation had done 27 years back in my right knee patella Dislocation. I have pain in my right knee which is higher than left knee for which I have not done operation. After standing long time stiffness in my both knees while bending. What is the exercise for this problem?

    I am 61 years of age. I have knee pain from last 6 years. How do I know which type of problem I have from this two .?     Sir i am 48 yrs old woman. In November 2021 i went to Vaishno Devi and climbed the hill. I got severe pain in both my knees. After coming back i got my xray done in which it showed mild formation of tibial osteophytes Middle joint space mildly reduced also tibial spiking seen. I got physiotherapy done. Doing exercises , cycling for 20 mins and walk for 1/2 n hr. My stiffness and a sought of burning feeling is still there. I have stopped cross leg sitting. Feel uncomfortable on chair or sofa after 10 mins. Please guide me what to do to get rid of the stiffness and the burning sensation in my knees. I will be grateful 🙏

    Very informative,I am 78& kness bones make noise while going up sometime.& occasional muscle pain.
    I do cycling & walking with all exercises including stretching.
    What test will determine the cause of the problems.
