Fallout 2: Frank Horrigan Killed in 1 Turn (Solo Stealth Sniper w/chems)

Frank Horrigan may be most badass boss in Fallout history, but that can't stop a sneaky crazed jet fiend goth chick named Raven from lighting him up in one combat turn. No save scums or cheats involved, played on hardest difficulty.

You actually can steal his dead body, if I'm not mistaken, and get his end boss blade and end boss plasma rifle

Is it possible to just sneak out the door, or do you have to kill him?

You have to kill him, the door is sealed shut until you do.

I did this run back when I thought mimaxing was the best strategy, but as it turns out there's an even better one where you can have 10 in all specials during the fight like in my master video. Either way, it doesn't change the damage or the outcome really, just gives you a little room for error in case you take too much damage and die

Please explain what perks you got ive been trying to do something like this forever but my shots never do more than 100-200 damage

Bonus Ranged Damage, Better Criticals, and Sniper are the big three.
He's using the Bozar, which uses 223 FMJ and is very useful against Horrigans armour. Bonus Ranged Damage adds +2 damage to your ranged attacks, which sounds kinda sub par on paper, but that bonus damage applies to every round fired, and the Bozar fires 15 rounds per shot. He also has 2 ranks of it so he essentially has triple damage.
Better Criticals makes your critical shots do about 20% more damage, which is massive when paired with the most important perk, Sniper.
Sniper essentially turns every single shot into a crit. So every shot he makes is a crit, with -20% on Horrigans armour due to the ammo he is using, those crits are doing 20% more damage they normally do, AND he is also doing triple the damage. This is also all without companions, if you had companions using Gauss/Pulse weapons, nobody would stand a fucking chance against you.
