You can slow any video on UA-cam down yourself. Click on the gear icon, click on playback speed, and select something very slow like .25 then adjust from there.
For us beginners could you possibly slow down and describe what you're doing as you're doing it that would be awesome you're talking so fast and you're moving so fast I have no clue what you're doing and I would love to learn
Why don't you just slow the video down to your own liking? Click on the gear * icon, then select playback speed, and select either .5 or .25. That will slow the video down ALOT for you.
You can always slow down the speed on UA-cam, it’s helped me many times. You just click on the video and the top right has a settings wheel, click on there then slow it down by 75%, 50% or even 25%. It’s a fabulous tool on here.
Try using the playback speed setting UA-cam provides you to adjust the speed of the video to your liking. Click on the gear icon, click on Playback speed, and set it to something much slower like .25.
