I'm going to try this recipe it's my first time trying to make jam. 3 cups of strawberries and 3/4 of a cup of sugar that's a quarter cup of sugar for each cup of strawberries if you want to make less or make more. I think I have two cups of strawberries so that's a 1/2 cup of sugar and I found one really small lemon I'm thinking of juicing the whole thing I hope it's not too much lemon juice. And I like this pan method looks better than a deep pot that way you're nicely even for the whole thing it's a single layer not top and bottom.
You do make it look easy, I've always thought it was difficult and time consuming. Thank you for this, I'm going to try it.
