thank you for this. im 15, the same age as you when you were diagnosed, and ive been having off and on bad eating habits for the past couple of years. it got really bad about a year ago, and ive never wanted it to get that bad again, but it's hard sometimes to see what i want through the fog of what my mind says i should. videos like this really help me, to see someone who has struggled to overcome and enjoy eating and really live that part of life, to see what i want as a reality. ive been doing so much better recently, and it's sweet to see someone i look up to doing the same :) best of luck to you!
