A tip for summerrolls: just dip the ricepaper in warm water, even though it’s still not soft... it will be when you place it on a wood tray! The consistency will be perfect! Soft but not so delicate that they’ll break:)
I think it’s more so the fact that she doesn’t want to gain weight so she continues to work out, I don’t think she needs to lose weight but I think she’s just maintaining her physique.

So nice to see a supermarket where the veg is plastic free and you just go with your tote! Useful video, thanks, though I feel it'd be useful to hear more about your choices and why. I think it's important and super helpful for those with less knowledge of macros/nutrition etc.

You can separate the veggies to get it tighter. For example add cucumbers and carrots, roll it once, add the other ingredients, roll, add avocado roll. Etc or vice vwrsa.
I know I’m a little late in this comment but just an advise on the rice paper. Try not to dip it into the water directly. Have a wet clean towel and lay the wet towel on the paper and let it absorb the water. Don’t need to wait for it to be fully soft, just lay the ingredients in and by then u r done the paper is soft enough for u to wrap it.

I wanted to give you a tip about the spring rolls (you might already know it but since I am currently watching this old video I wanted to give you a tip anyway) I love eating such rolls but I always put them in the air fryer for around 12-15 min just to get golden brown and crispy or you can use a pan aswell. But I find it easy with the fryer. The temp is up to you since mine is different than yours.

I would prefer to do this and have tried to get into doing this myself but can only really manage cardio and find my muscles feel too weak for weight training if I go to the gym without food. Just eat it. The fats and nutrients from the egg yolk is very good for skin, nails and hair. Don't be afraid of healthy fats. Eating too much protein affects your liver eventually. Just stick with a low carb high fat diet 😍

It started to feel a bit too restrictive which didn’t feel right (mentally) so I started with incorporating animal based products again & am currently following a vegetarian diet!🥰
@@GAINSBYBRAINS I also introduced some animal products in my diet, but I don't eat dairy at all, makes me feel really bad and gives me acne. I prefer organic eggs and fish, the rest just low carb plant based yummy foods like vegetables nuts seeds tofu and soy yoghurt

Everything is so perfect and beautiful. But this is not possible to live this way when you have a normal job and family. You can do this when you’re single and a personal trainer.
Listen to mind pump media. They talk about how to maintain this lifestyle the best as possible as an adult with family and jobs. It’s doable, you might not have insanely shredded abs, but you can absolutely get very fit and healthy, still. They talk about affordable and easy foods to make that don’t constrict, as well.
