Thank you for the workout today! Oo! I learned about being opening the chest. You never mentioned it in this video, but you have in one of your workouts. It's a mindset change for me. I always want a straight posture, but I'm so forgetful of it. I noticed how I react in workout is how I react in life, they are connected. So when I notice myself slouch, I say back straight and do it. But I prefer saying chest open, it's a reminder to me to have my heart open, open to living in truth in any circumstance. So keep me in your thoughts and prayer about this workout process and my posture. Thank you.
Just this morning I had a thought - this intermediate level yoga practices are quite manageable! And then this workout comes on, and 5 minutes into it I had to take a break to catch up with my breath!!! I was doing all possible modifications and still was out of breath! That’s a great reminder that there is really an infinite room for improvement 😃 And to simply enjoy the process. Thank you Marina! Great work out ❤️

Short but powerful, at the beginning i planned to save some energy during my first day of ramadan fasting lol!😅, but this practice was so fun 😍 so i forgot 😂 and im not regret ,i feel fresh and energized and blessed. Thanks to all your video,guidance and this amazing routine! This means a lot to me thank you my dear Marina! ✨💙🙏
I totally get you. I have never like running. I get out of breath straight away. But I try to motivate myself to include this short intervals of cardio into my practice regularly and I now love it. Sometimes it makes me wake up and get sweaty ! great feeling. But there are days when I do not like it lol !!! BUt I am very happy that you knew how to modify and listened to what your body needed and wanted ! Holding plank instead of running in it is a perfect substitution!!!
I finished the video breathless ,but I definitely feel better and stronger. This morning I woke up crumpled like a sheet of paper but now I feel more fluid. Thank you
Omg the shrimp squat and the alternative jumping at the beginning almost made me sick !!! Very interesting and challenging, easy for strong core people unlike me ! Nice warm up, i am sweating !!!
Intense practice but when i start yoga with the half split it was an intense pose now it's relaxing pose what a body can do . I feel really happy and stronger thank you lovely marina

This one was SPECTACULAR!!!! Short, super challenging and effective!!! Sooo creative and dynamic Marina, you are incredibly original! The cardio was really heavy but fun at the same time. You cant imagine how I enjoy practicing with you.. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!
If you had asked me in advance which part of this practice would be hardest for me I surely would have said the warrior three sequence, but actually it was the cardio element at the beginning 😂 It made me realize how much stronger I have gotten, but my cardio stamina is still very poor! Thank you for this wonderful strength and stamina building class!
ahaha !!! one might think that running in plank for ONLY 30 secs is super easy - but my goodness ! It is hard ! Especially for yogis lol !!! Yes it is great that we focus so much on breathing in our practice but we hardly do cardio ! That is why I love these short intervals ! I try to motivate myself to do it regularly ! And believe me - if you repeat it a few more times consistently, you will start noticing the difference !!Thanks for practicing with me Sandi !
If you say it will be intense then it will be three times intense for me😂 Shrimp squat is new and little tricky, my toes always touch the mat. In the end of all practice i tried it again because i'm curious and turns out i must do it veeerrryyyy slowly so my toes don't touch mat but with immediate thigh burn. My legs are and still burning after practice. Thank you Marina ❤️ You are truly amazing to be able talk throughout the practice👏👏👏
Week 3 day 1...what a great and energetic way to start your monday :-) The shrimp (hope I say it right) lunges are a though on...haha...I can touch my calve not the ground :-D so work in progress...love it!
Whew! Day 5 week 3 out of order video 1 done! I appreciate how you said something like "notice how quickly your body recovers" during a stretch in between hard exercises...I kept telling myself that to get through each of the exercises the rest of the way..."I will recover soon" :)
I did it many times before and was very hard for the first time, now with all my discipline and practice wasn’t hard like first time and I’m proud to feel this because that’s meaning my body has better condition and I can enjoy it :)

Hello Disha ! I am very happy that you tried it and enjoyed it ! As you might already know it is impossible to lose weight in one part of your body only. Losing weight is a gradual process that needs a balanced diet and exercise. To say it briefly, you need to spend more calories than you consume. Then you will lose weight. This workout is just amazing for burning those calories and toning your legs ! So keep practicing !
