Day 6! The burn on my leg was not so strong today, and after the second stretch I didn’t feel it! I think these intense workouts are my favorites, because I can’t do them alone, but watching you doing it, keeps me motivated!
I love it!It has become my regular leg workout. Helped me tremendously for my back bends(my hip flexors and glutes ) became so strong from regular practicing this workout. Thank you🙏🏻

Wow I love the pistol squat drill at the end. Seems like a great way to build up strength for it as I can't do a pistol squat yet. When I start from standing, I can't get down very low.

Smart !!!! I do not put a warm up sequence before every practice but I would always recommend to start with a few Sun Salutations (especially for intermediate and advanced levels)
Week 3 Day 3 (workout 2) done!! Woohoo, love all your very creative leg workouts which combine cardio, strength and stretch!! Very energetic, I am full of energy after it!! I have to modify during the half pistol by placing my hand on the floor to support!! Thanks Marina

Challenge week 3 and challenging is the word I would use for this class😉 I don't feel my knees are strong enough yet for Pistol squads. And the transition high boat to chair position doesn't come naturally to me yet. But practice is the key right!🙏

very intense work out! I hate jumps 😐😅it was challenging but kinda fun, specially when I had to raise ony with one leg 😂 but here we are, given all 💪 day 15, week 3
Not gonna lie, had to cheat by taking breaks 😅 I'm not really fond of cardio but then again this is a challenge for to do what I usually skip, however I very much liked the endings 😍 pistol squats, hip flexors exercises and the quad stretches Day 15 done yesterday

Day 6 of Yoga challenge. Very good warming up complex for my legs! But before these jumps it's important for me to move my knees a bit.
