If Xero can read the emailed bill successfully, some fields, such as the Contact, Date, Total, Due Date, and Reference fields, might automatically populate.

    Great tips and tricks thank you :) I do have a question please. I am wanting to check if the invoice reminders and statements have been sent. They are not showing in the customers history entries. Can you please assist? Thank you.

      @Ashley - there should be a note of this in the history for that contact or the transaction (central.xero.com/s/article/Check-a-reminder-s-status-and-history).     Xero is great but ruined by stupid security and now 2FA which you are forced to use. Avoid at all costs. Used to recommend it but not now as it's SO painful with constant security. User should have the ability to choose their own security.
