    Really want to see the two lights combined in a four foot by four foot tent as that is what I have!

    Love this one! Are you going to be looking at any other lights before Christmas? Deciding which setup I want to buy this year!

    Have you ever thought about setting up lights vertically inside of a tent for more even light levels?

    • @TheHippieGeeks
      @TheHippieGeeks  Місяць тому +1

      I have thought about it, and it is something that I may try out in the future =)

    Please review and PAR test the G5000. Want to grow indoor tomatoes. I have and used SF2000 in the past and constantly burned the leaves.

      All of our results in the last several years have been inside of a grow tent =)

    It is intereesting that the light levels are so close, I think I would rather get this light for the extra savings!

    You should be able to have your plants 20cm away from the light these days considering they give off less heat. If the outer 3rd of diodes were possioned at an ofset angle the spead of light would be more consistent with the middle and wouldnt need to be 2ft away which is alot of unused hight space in a grow tent.

    I am getting some really weird ads on your videos, is that something you control or is it just random?

    • @TheHippieGeeks
      @TheHippieGeeks  Місяць тому +1

      I don't have any control over that really, they are usually pretty targeted to what they think each person is interested in. You should be able to block them though?

    What implement are you using? He didn't say. Apogee? Cellphone? Thanks!

      We use an Apogee SQ-420 connected to a laptop using the Apogee program =)

    I just got the new G4500 and im not impressed to be honest. I have a couple last model SE4500 4 bar light and there a better light. Better par. More coverage and a movable ballast. I dont like that you have to keep the new model ballast on the light in the tent.. other than that its a great light and will work for veg for my needs.

    As an AC Infinity light owner I was just curious on everyone opinion, how does everyone feel about having dials to dim and brighten your lights? Mines fully automated and I’ve never once owned a light that had a dial so I’m truly curious to find out everyone’s preference and opinion. Have an amazing grow/harvest everyone, Namaste.

      Having the ability to dial the power is better than not having it.

      I run lumatek lights they come with a dimer 25 / 50 / 75 / 100 percent but with a few cords you can run it thru the aci 69 pro and then you have every ten percent increments and you can use it as a timer plus you can run it all from your phone and can check anytime that your lights are on or off

      @ I was specifically only talking about dials that go in small increments like I stated mine already fully automated, it’s using the 69 Pro+ and all controllers like that all go in 10% increments which makes them all the same, but like I said I’m more wondering about dial use going in small increments like 1% at a time which a massive amount of lights still do to this day and I don’t really count ones that are locked in to specific levels like 25%, 50% and so on because you get that option with lights that don’t have dials as well.
