He's really well known around Providence (unfortunately I live there for a couple of years while I was in college) he's homeless and spends all of his time wandering around on the streets. He has mental health issues but he's totally harmless and everyone thinks he's a nice dude. Anyone who has spent any significant amount of time in Providence has seen him around

He tosses the empty cans across the car to the back part for recycling. He puts plastic because there's always some liquid in the can that you can't drink. Sometimes he misses and the can hits the back seat, that's why it's wet.
