fort Collins productions I know you will eventually rise up the ranks of the UA-cam video essay pyramid, I believe in you, one day one of your videos will finally catch the algorithm like the Hawaii part II one and way more people will find you
This channel is criminally unappreciated. The amount of quality and polish that goes to the script and editing is amazing, unlike most of the brainrot content famous on the platform nowadays. My jaw dropped to the floor to see the amount of Likes this video got, this channel deserves more than that.
This is a wonderful wonderful video. I found you through "The Great Mystery of Hawaii: Part 2", and just knew within the 5 minutes of that video that I had to subscribe. While I still have to go through all your videos, I have to say I've been anticipating this one since your community post. And boy was I right that is is an absolute masterpiece. You're writing, visuals, and editing are so beautifully crafted for this video, I had to stop everything that I was working on to watch this. Can't wait for the next video! Happy Halloween.
The opening sequence of Majora's Mask instilled a fear of the forest in me at a young age. It's amazing how magnificent nature can be while having so many ways to kill us. Fantastic video, I will now be studying Tom Gordon to use him as an Immaculate Grid answer
Another awesome Fort Collin production! I have never felt the fear for the forest, but I share a fascination in these. . . formidable evolutionary fears.
I started watching this at 1:00 am, here in Spain, while trying to fall asleap. The ambiance created by your edditing and sound designe is inmaculate. No doubt an amazing video
the forest has always been a treasure in my heart. i've written countless stories about it. the way you weave its terror into words is beautiful. thank you, and happy halloween.
And yet, forests remain home to so many things: creatures we often consider harmless, or sometimes helpless, or even just beneath us. It might beg the question, how can something like a small, (mostly) defenseless rabbit- something we consider weaker than us- survive a landscape so harsh? Or perhaps a more concerning question... how can a place be home to so many innocent creatures, and yet spell utter doom for humans? Perhaps that's another reason forests are so frightening: because they play on the fear that humans and humanity *don't belong* in this world. A fear which seems to only grow with the advance of our technology. (As an aside: far be it to trust a random commenter... but I'm fairly certain you're pronouncing "foliage" incorrectly. Small nitpick though, still a great Halloween essay)
i got about 14 seconds in before i realized this is a horror thing about the forest and im already horrified of the forest. as a result i will not be watching the rest of the video, although im sure it wouldve been great. i have left a like and this comment to boost the algorithm to make up for not watching
I went into the woods recently with friends at midnight, it was a fun time. Then I went alone. Never again.

This video has put the nail in the coffin for my fear of forests.
