I was raised Catholic and our church hosted "missionary" priests whose job was to spread fundamentalism. They would scream and rage at the congregation. This worked. So many would turn up to hear them they were queuing in the street outside the church which was full to the gunnels. People hate wishy-washiness. Things need to be clearly defined and enforced.

Solutions come with time. Everyone knows something is looming. People can't really tell what it is, but they feel in their guts that the next 10 years are gonna be awful. Main reason is because govt's across the globe have been borrowing since WW2 w/o any intention of paying anything back, which is now leading to it's logical conclusion; a worldwide default on gov't debt. This is what caused the Great Depression (yeah I know, 29 Wall Street crash and all that bullocks, but really it was govt's defaulting on their debt after the bankruptcy of Credit Anshalt caused a lose of confidence in finance and govt that made bond investors retreat from the market; thus causing govt's not to be able to serve their debts anymore.) This entire woke stuff is a result of that fear, but it's a pendulum that swings. When the pendulum does swing, the woke will be smoked out of everything coz they will be blamed for everything gone wrong (even if they objectively are not, it's politicians) and we will some proper people back in charge again. Good times create weak people. Weak people create catastrophic times. Catastrophic times breed strong people.

I fear for my country and my children. At the same time, I hold out hope for those waking up to what is being done, quite deliberately and in plain sight, to them. I'm 66 and have 4 grandchildren, 2 of who start school this year which in itself fills me with horror, though I'm fortunate in that I have 2 children who, like us know exactly what's going on and question everything. The rights of personal freedom and freedom of speech have always been an absolute and uncompromising mantra of mine also and I will fight for it with a passion. None of us are frightened or bow to authority. It's about doing the ethical and right thing.. My children are totally in denial of anything untoward and I can't understand their lack of thinking and common sence. It scares me for them. They are nearly 50 years of age. Don't know if it's because of education they received. I wasn't aware of the subtleties that were being taught and the lack of thinking independently. All these things have contributed to any critical thinking.
My grandchildren are being even more indoctrinated at school and no one riles against this wokeism.

The Church of England has been central for the last centuries for the spiritual well-being, it's no surprised it has been infiltrated by heretics. Since the war and the decline of Christianity in England has seen a equal decline in the quality of life and prosperity.

Well said Mr fox, unfortunately it's been this way for many decades, slowly but surely eroding our values and way of life. All western Hegemonic countries are having the same problem, you only have to look at their leaders /government damaging policies to see this. I'm always amazed that people still think that the establishment /Government are there to serve them, and have their best interests at heart, when in fact they see us as a means to end, their servants.

Wherever you are in the west, go to your state government website and open up any legislation document from the past 10 years and check out how thoroughly all key legislation has been transformed through amendments to language, definitions of gender etc. that have completely white-anted our foundations whilst we slept and lived of normal lives.....These activists never sleep.
I think this is the case for human nature and not only the establishment, though the effects are magnified in people with power. A human may care about somebody they don't know who lives in a different state, but it's only care in a general way. The closer you get to that person (state --> county --> city --> neighborhood --> circle of friends --> family --> individual) the more the care is amplified in that same general way, but the care only becomes personal when you get very close, i.e, this usually starts at your immediate neighborhood but it doesn't become very strong until you get into the circle of friends or closer. Friends and family will sacrifice for each other's well being because the care is on a deep level, but on a political level, you need to have enough humility to admit that I don't care as much as you do about you and your family's affairs, so we need to give you as much power over your circle of influence as possible because you care on a deep personal level, that I can't access. What the establishment wants is order so they can enjoy their lives. They will either fix problems to keep order, pretend the problems don't exist, or to place the blame outside of their control, whichever is the easiest. Politicians are the same fallen human beings we are, which is why we need to keep the levels of concentrated power as small as possible. Governments will never bring about the utopia they keep promising, but they have a good track record of creating hell on Earth throughout time and around the world.
Just a note that the Seville Statement on Violence (1989, formulated by a panel of widely international psychology and behavioural experts for UNESCO) declared that '...wars begin in the minds of men; peace also begins in our minds... it is scientifically incorrect to say that war or any other violence is genetically programmed into our human nature'.
Creating hell on earth is a conscious choice arising from negative aspirations and cultural norms. 'The responsibility lies with each of us'. (IMHO those who aspire to power are the very people who should not be allowed to have it.)
This statement has been widely construed as a denial of the concept of 'human nature' which is an excuse for all sorts of mayhem!

There seems to be a group of countries, principally led by the US and the UK, where the elites seemingly have a animosity for the majority population. This animosity seems to come from a supremely powerful and largely privately owned media. This animosity also seems to have developed out of nowhere in the last 50 years or so. Delving into the who’s and why’s of this phenomenon is something most of us instinctively avoid like the plague. We know these folks don’t like people asking to many questions, and also they can, and will hit back hard. Meaning good luck once you have been branded by them.
