How to make Bender beer-bread buns! Long version.

2 1/2 cups of flour
1 envelope of yeast
3/4 cup beer of choice
1/4 cup softened butter
2 tablespoons of hot honey
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
