Do I get it right that, if I delete an activity from my device, it will remain in the Connect App/Database? (Until I delete it there as well, of course...) And I suppose it is the same the other way around, so, if I delete an activity in Connect, it will not automatically be deleted from my device? In other words, if I want to delete all traces from an unwanted activity, I will have to delete it both on the device and in Connect? Is there any other place the activity would still leave traces? How is it possible to delete a self created sports profile? I only can switch them on or off my favorite list. But I get an error message when trying to create a new sports profile.. Couldn't find help in forums :( I use a Garmin fenix 5x plus model. Greetings
I'm not if it's the same on your watch, but on the forerunner 245, you have to go into settings > activities and apps > select the activity (aka self created sports profile) and go down until you find > remove from device.
Garmin 245 didn't delete automatically (even though they are saved on the phone app) so it was necessary to use the method you suggested.
